Listing Photos Do Not Match Reality — Property Materially Misrepresented
This property listing is materially misrepresented. Upon arrival, I discovered multiple issues not disclosed:
Cleanliness & Condition: The listing photos show a pristine, well-maintained studio. The actual property was dirty and dusty with visible stains on the couch. Furniture was broken — the coffee table was damaged, and the lamp and lamp shade were broken.
Missing Amenities: No soap, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash provided despite being standard in properties of this category. The listing did not disclose this omission.
TV Discrepancy: The listing photos show a television in the living area. Upon arrival, the property guide stated 'TIP: No TV.' If this was the case, it should have been clearly disclosed before booking, not discovered on arrival.
Hidden Logistics: Key pickup instructions were sent only after I booked and on the day of check-in, requiring a 10-minute walk each way to retrieve and return keys. This logistics requirement was not disclosed upfront.
Bedroom: The 'bedroom' is a couch that converts to a bed — not a proper bed as expected for an overnight stay.
Smoke Smell: The property smelled strongly of smoke.
I checked out same day and booked alternative accommodation. I do not recommend this property.
