Perfect Getaway

Condo was gorgeous and accommodating to my group of friends. Location was 10/10, and the view from the balcony was stunning! Definitely would come back :)

Great condo with an amazing view and balcony

We stayed here for a week for a jeep event. Everything was very clean and the balcony was very spacious for large groups. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The kids really loved the bunk beds and 3 bathrooms was an added bonus when coming back from the beach/pool. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family/friends.

We enjoyed our stay. This was a nice clean condo with view of the water and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The only thing i would recommend is the comforter and the sheets on second main bedroom (the one with bathroom) need to be replaced.

Great condo! Excellent view!

Everything was exactly as described. Very spacious and huge balcony. Had an issue with one of the beds the first morning and the owner came that afternoon and took care of it. We had a great time at the resort. Lots to do and just a quick walk across the street to the beach.

The condo was beautiful. There was a small problem with a few things not being wiped down and the property manager ha fled it straight away. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend and will stay again.

The property owner was very responsive throughout the process. Additionally, the listing was accurate. The unit met our needs when it came to size and location. Great large balcony with view of the beach. Only downside was there tends to be a long wait for the elevators on the property.

Spring Break Getaway

Our family traveled to Panama City for Spring Break. The location of the condo is an ideal prime location, close to almost everything. We had a few issues at check in but our host (Canlice) quickly remedied the issues and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Unit was extremely dirty

Kitchen was gross, all the bathrooms were filthy, even feces left on the toilet. The master bathroom has mold. The sheets had pubic hairs and stains on them

Beautiful Condo

My family and I enjoyed this condo so much. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. Every evening (I think it was at 8pm), they have music and light playing by the lake, which was nice to walk around. The only thing as mentioned in other reviews is regarding the elevator wait times. The check in day was definitely the worst, we ended up climbing the stairs with luggage and groceries in tow. Maybe it would be better to go down to the first floor and go back up, it won’t hurt to try.

What a view! This condo had plenty of room for my family and was in a great location! Walking distance to the beach, Pineapple Willie’s and other places. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

Great week

Canlice is a great property manager and her condo is very nice. She answered all of my questions promptly. This condo is across the street from the beach but that doesn’t bother us at all. Great views of the ocean and beach from the balcony. Perfect location that is close to restaurants, Walmart and attractions. Beds were comfortable. Very nice stainless steel Samsung appliances. Only 2 complaints. 1). The condo was a little dirty including base boards being dusty and quite a bit of sand in the unit. 2). The elevator’s can’t keep up with the number of guests staying at the property during busy season. Many waits and taking the stairs down. Overall a very nice condo in a great location.
