This a unique property Virginia Beach Oceanfront area located in the heart of the best location of the resort where you see the sunrise and sunset from your elevator access roof deck. 5-minute walk to the board walk, 2 blocks from grocery and ABC store. 3 blocks from two entertainment stages. The triplex building has 5 bedroom 3 bath units with off street and on street parking. These units can be divided several ways all private because of design, showing is a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. Please send a note if you have questions. Walking distance to the best bar and restaurants with many amenities added.
New building especially designed for the parents, children and grandchildren to enjoy their week vacation at the beach and create those memories. Instead of hiding away in the isolation of a beach Sand Bridge stay here and enjoy it all. Short drive north or south for that isolated beach, but the safe lifeguarded beach is 5 minutes from your front door, with parking. Third floor three bedrooms. Master with own bath, Jack and Jill two bedrooms one bathroom. Fourth floor living area with sofa bed and full bath, two wall TV viewing from kitchen to living. Two large door sliders to catch a breeze or just the views. Enjoy the gas fire glass fireplace. Island seating and dining table. Move the food off the rooftop grill or dinner on the roof deck as the sunsets. Washer and dryer on third floor. Think cruise ship once onboard you have it all. Bring your coffee to the roof deck for the rise and your glass wine for the sunset. The building is a hurricane designed (windows and floors) commercial building. Lighted common areas halls and garage, fire sprinklers, smoke and carbon detectors throughout. Insulation and sound proofing (the whole exterior of the building is foamed and bat insulation to the max, including interior walls. (you will need to go to the roof deck or open your window to hear the waves of the beach. Enjoy the roof deck firepit and grill cookout without the pesky summer bugs, staying in a ground floor house.

My stay

Our stay was very nice had some neighbors that wasn’t very pleasant. However we let the owner know and he took care of it right away. I will definitely be staying there again.

Great Location Close to the Beach

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament with friends. The rooftop deck was great, and there was more than enough room to spread out. Beds are pretty comfy as well, and bathrooms are new. It was great to have 3 full baths - would stay here again.
