Just freshly painted and newer furniture and bedding. Central Air, hardwood floor, off street parking, outside shower and gas grill! The property has 2 TV's and internet. The first floor has 3 bedrooms one bedrooms is Queen bed with a slider and deck oceanside, and the other 2 bedrooms have single beds. When you go upstairs to the main living are you will find the kitchen, living area and dining area. There is a slider off the main living a where you can sit and enjoy beautiful ocean views!!
