We are quite disappointed with your rating since although this was our first reservation on VRBO we have excellent ratings on all other platforms and this was the lowest rating we ever got. :)Unfortunately you did not even mention any areas where we can improve so we really cannot understand the reason. Although we are not perfect we take a lot of pride in hosting our guests and help them to have a memorable holiday. I believe that we gave you the same treatment, waited for you when you were late for check in, gave you free water and also a small treat, suggested places to visit, restaurants, and since you were alone we also invited you to join with my friends for a BBQ. This will only help us to work harder so that soon enough our VRBO rating will be excellent as well! ;)
