Our two-bedroom (sleeps 6) accommodates 6 guests comfortably. This gem of a vacation home gives you all the space and comfort you desire. Entertain guests at your elegant dining room table or in your comfortable living room. Enjoy tiled floors throughout the villa and a large, flat screen TV in every room. There’s room to spare with a master bedroom, guest bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa. A jetted tub and large vanity add to your luxury experience. Full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, washer and dryer, and other appliances give the feeling and convenience of being right at home. Please note: Actual room features may vary from those pictured here as renovations throughout this resort are ongoing to provide our guests with updated furnishings, amenities and decor.

Amazing resort

Summer Bay is an amazing resort with so much to do. It has 6 pools and the condo was spacious. Used the sofa bed and was amazed how comfortable it was. Owner was available for any questions I had and very prompt in responding.

Great resort and location!

Place was good! Amenities were great and the location was also great in proximity to parks. Only issue was checking in. The computer system was down so it took a while for us to get registered and checked in. Once we did, everything was smooth!

This property has so much to offer. We did not get to explore everything due to all of the other things we had planned during our stay. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The unit we stayed in (104) was clean and comfortable. The location of the property in proximity to grocery and eating places was great (Publix was only a couple blocks away). The whole experience was smooth. Kudos to the bartender at Kuhanas. He was like an octopus working the dinner rush and didn't miss a beat. We will definitely have this place on our return visit list.

Repeat Offender

This was our second time staying on the property. Just like the first, everything was great. We didn't get to do many activities at the resort, but the stay was good. There was some noise from units being remodeled, and the occasional running of young feet across the floor that we could really hear overhead. Other than that, it was good. We'll come back again. Keep a lookout for the worms that find their way inside. Can't do too much about nature. Plus, it rained every day we were there, so there's that.

Disney visit

Barbara place was great! We made a short trip to Disney and everything we incredible. Check in was smooth, the restaurant on property was great. Quick access to Disney and the facility was above our expectations. We will definitely visit again when we can stay longer and really enjoy the property!!

WE LOVE SUMMER BAY!

This was our 2nd trip to Summer Bay and it didn’t disappoint. Although the weather didn’t cooperate and it was cold all week we loved our time here. The location is perfect for Disney, the pools are great and the big one was heated really warm which was nice being so cold outside all week. I highly recommend this resort and rental!!

Fun and convenient vacay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the resort , there were tons of things to do like swimming, camping ,zip line, family poolside trivia games and sooo much more! Plus I ate the fried fish located at the big kahuna bar that was sooo delicious and reasonably price! We will definitely be revisiting.
