Beautiful, unobstructed views of East Lake Okoboji - INCLUDES 6 daily passes to the waterpark (when open - $168 daily value). 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with 1900+ square feet. The Coronado building is the closest in proximity to the waterparks, restaurants, bars, zipline and playground. This is a family friendly resort that has an indoor AND outdoor waterpark, basketball courts, arcade, zip lines and restaurants. Only a short drive from Arnold's Park amusement park, museums, live entertainment, and of course, boating and lake activities. You will never want to leave our home away from home!

*Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker and dinning wares)
*Linens and towels will be provided to guests for in-unit use.
*Pool towels are available at Boji Splash Waterpark / pool.
*Beach towels are not provided.
*Toiletries will be included
*WiFi connection available.
*Clean and well maintained.
*No pets allowed.
*Smoking not allowed inside or on patio/deck/balcony.
*Use of boat hoist will be considered for an extra charge of $110/night based on experience and availability - message owners to request.

We spend a week each summer enjoying the lake, the sun, and Nutty Bars! The activities at the lake are endless. The summer brings fun in the sun - boating, jet skiing, pools, water activities, Arnold's park and loads of ice cream! Take a chance on Okoboji and you will fall in love too!

Enjoy a full kitchen, deck with patio furniture and grill. Located in the Bridges Bay Resort where you will find an indoor and outdoor water park, zip lines, arcade, basketball court, fishing ponds (and the LAKE), and restaurants right at your finger tips! Plus, you are only a short drive (or boat ride) to the historical Arnold's Park amusement park and Nutty Bar Stand.
