Solid, thatched country house villa with its own small sauna house in a first-class and quiet location. The villa consists of 2 halves, each with an approximately 240 square meter, enclosed garden / nature property. It lies in a cul-de-sac so that no through traffic can occur. Things are a little more lively in the main and shopping streets of Zingst; Here you will find a wide variety of restaurants and cafés as well as shopping opportunities for fashion and handicrafts

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles vorhanden. Der Check in hat super geklappt. Die Sauna haben wir genossen. Einzig, ein Nachbar, der wohl Probleme mit Urlaubern hat ,hat uns unbegrĂŒndet beschimpft. Man darf sich dann nichts gefallen lassen. Dies ist aber kein Grund ,das Haus schlechter zu bewerten,

Ruhige gute Urlaubslage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt ruhig und fußlĂ€ufig zum Strand und dem Stadtzentrum. Da braucht man vor Ort kein Auto bewegen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist einfach und schnell. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Lage

Das Haus liegt in Gehweite zum Strand und zur SeebrĂŒcke und trotzdem ruhig. Auch der nĂ€chste Spielplatz ist sehr nah und super fĂŒr alle Altersklassen. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Einziger Negativpunkt ist vielleicht, dass es nicht viel Stauraum fĂŒr eigene Sachen/EinkĂ€ufe gibt. In jedem Raum gab es mindestens ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter, was bei den vielen MĂŒcken wirklich super war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, Antworten kamen schnell.

Sommerurlaub in Zingst

Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist 500 m entfernt. Man kann einfach mit dem Fahrrad in den Ort fahren oder auch laufen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit umfassender Ausstattung. Die Sauna ist eine wunderbare ErgÀnzung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!!!

Tolles Haus in dem nichts fehlt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Tolle Ausstattung, es ist alles da
.endlich mal genug Geschirr und GlĂ€ser. Tee, GewĂŒrze, Putzmittel, Toilettenpapier. Alles da. Sehr schön ist auch der abgetrennten Bereich zum Schlafzimmer oben mit eigener TĂŒr und eigenem Bad. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat ist, dass scheinbar Vormieter in dem Haus mal geraucht haben.

Rosenberg in Zingst ist grundsÀtzlich eine Top-Adresse, wenn man die NÀhe zum Strand bevorzugt. Dieses gepflegte Haus wertet das Paket ungemein auf. Super Aufteilung der Zimmer und BÀder. Sehr hell gehalten im regionalen Stil. Absolut empfehlenswert, auch was die Gesamtausstattung betrifft.

Schönes Ferienhaus - zentral gelegen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt in dem Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden und sehr sauber gewesen. Ein paar kleine MĂ€ngel gibt es aber auch - das WELAN im Handy fĂ€llt immer wieder aus, so dass man am Besten in die NĂ€he des Routers geht. Das Parken mit 2 Autos erweist sich als umstĂ€ndlich, da beide ParkplĂ€tze hintereinander liegen und sich direkt an den MĂŒllboxen (auch fĂŒr die 2. HaushĂ€lterin die Entsorgung) befinden. Im hinteren Nachbargarten gibt es HĂŒhner und einen Hahn, da ist immer etwas los ....

Schöne DoppelhaushĂ€lfte im ruhigeren Teil von Zingst. Fahrradverleih direkt vor der HaustĂŒre. Man kann hier direkt vom Haus auf den Deich und von Dort viele Kilometer Radeln. Nah am Strand, an den Ă€ltere Kinder auch alleine gehen können. Gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Vielen Dank fĂŒr ein paar schöne Tage.

Großartiger Urlaub, tolle Unterkunft

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (4,8,10) hatten trotz regnerischem Wetter einen großartigen Urlaub, in einem tollen Ferienhaus. FĂŒr uns perfekt aufgeteilt, mit allem was man fĂŒr einen tollen Urlaub brauch ausgestattet. Sauna, Kamin, kurzer Weg zum Strand, Fahrradschuppen, Carport. Alles Bestens, wir kommen gern wieder.
