Studio Terrace with an exceptional view of the bay of Ajaccio and its sunset. Located in Porticcio, the Terra Bella 2 residence is perched on a hill, in the middle of cork oaks and lavender, Porticcio is a traditional Corsican village. 10 minutes walk from the beaches, 15 minutes walk from the city centre where you will find all the shops, the old port and beautiful shaded squares. 2 private swimming pools are at your disposal. You will be 20 minutes by car from Ajaccio.

THE SURROUNDINGS
Like a very large part of the Corsican coast, Porticcio is bordered by beaches. The beach of La Viva, the cove of Paradisu-Scaglione, the beach of the Pointe Sud or that of the Maquis...
You can enjoy the typical markets, the old port, the shaded squares, the restaurants, the shops...
