The Beach House is one of only a few homes located directly on Manuel Antonio beach! You can hear and see the waves crashing while you watch the magnificent sunsets from your pool - truly amazing! This fully gated property has the distinction of being nestled in the lush jungle, yet is right on the beach. Daily Monkey visits seem like you are in your very own monkey sanctuary......

Consisting of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, this very popular luxury home can sleep 6-8 guests and is walking distance to the famous Manuel Antonio National Park, restaurants and shopping. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large spacious bathroom and a covered balcony that overlooks the pool and Pacific Ocean. The 2nd bedroom on the ground floor has a king bed, and the third bedroom on the top floor has a queen size bed with single bed-sized window seat for extra sleeping space.


The owners of this very popular property pride themselves on the lush gardens in front and behind the home with a private, custom walkway to the beach. Whether prefer to sit on the beach, surf or simply relax in the inviting Jacuzzi or swimming pool, this home will be one that you will want to return to year after year!

We just returned from our second stay at this beautiful beach house in Manuel Antonio, and it once again exceeded expectations. Our party of four included my 80-year-old mother, my wife, and my sister, and everyone was absolutely thrilled with the experience.The house itself is stunning, with thoughtful design and all the amenities you could want. The pool and hot tub are the perfect retreat after a day of exploring, nestled in a gorgeous tropical garden that feels like your own private paradise. The lush greenery and peaceful atmosphere made it hard to leave the property!The beach, Playa Espadilla is absolutely beautiful, and having it literally steps from the house is unbeatable. We could walk to the beach in under a minute.What truly sets this property apart is the exceptional staff. Susan (concierge), Eni (housekeeper), and Paco (groundskeeper) are warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to any needs or questions. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Summer Jungle Vacation

Perfect location! House is awesome and pool and hot tub were a blessing after hard day of hiking. So cool to sit in the hot tub and watch the monkeys each night. Steps from a beautiful white sand beach. Host was wonderful!!

A gem on the beach

This beautiful home is more than advertised. It had all of the amenities right, pool, hot tub, and one of the few houses in the area right on the beach. The beach is excellent with activities right there, surfing, parasailing and more. A short walk to some restaurants and market or cab ride to town. Daily cleanings of the home and they do your laundry daily, cleaned towels daily and no need to pack too much. We loved it and one couple is coming back next year.

We didnt know what to expected about this property as there were no recent reviews but we took a chance and so glad we did! House is beautiful and reminded us of an older style caribbean house. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and our 3 children ages 21, 20 and 12. 3 bedrooms. Our 2 girls shared a room with a king bed and private bathroom and our son had the queen bedroom which he loved and his own bathroom across from his room. It was his own little bungalow!Downfall which we were not told is that the oven didnt work so cooking in a airfryer with 1 round pan we found that fit was less than ideal and took a long time to cook meals. Couple great restaurants next to house. Resort next door which didn't realize, some noise and bright lights shining. Pool was beautiful but so cold as its fully shaded and not heated. Hot tub was great! Housekeeping was a bonus, we had fresh beach towels and laundry daily. Paco the groundskeeper was so nice. He keeps the place looking amazing daily! There is a path right to the beach in the back (outdated fence) to the beach. Gate has a code but its a short fence. There is security from 9pm to 5 am so that made me feel better. House is so close to town and great location to Manuel Antonio National park but I wouldn't walk anywhere on the roads as not much room. During the day you can walk to a part of the town via beach. My children loved the wildlife and the daily monkey visits! The sunsets were breathtaking! Would definitely stay again!

AMAZING!

Wow! This house and location is amazing, it’s right on the beach! We would start our day on the beach at sunrise and end it on the beach at sunset. The house is clean and well equipped and fitted us well, grandparents, parents and girls 4yo, 6yo and 8yo. The pool and the yard are great and well maintained. Susan, the concierge is very responsive and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, helped us arrange a chef a few times and activities to do during the day. I’ve already shared the posting with all of our friends and family. The perfect spot for a memorable family vacation.

Amazing

I've never in my many times of renting a house had such incredible service as well. Susan, the concierge, sent us a menu of activities we could take part in and also offered up the option to hire an incredible chef to cook for us a few days. We ended up doing 4 fabulous actives (white water rafting and birdwatching among them). Also the house was cleaned every day and the cleaner did our laundry too. That was an unexpected bonus. The location of the house was on the beach and was only one of two houses on that beach. There were also two small hotels on the beach, so you can walk to either of them or sit on a chaise in front of them to order food and drinks. Such an amazing trip. We will definately be going back.

Amazing location! Perfect, relaxing getaway

This is an amazing property! Communication with the concierge was perfect, fast and thorough. Great house staff, including the unexpected laundry service. The house leads (just a few steps) to a perfect beach. Great to swim and relax with not too many people. Easy walk to drinks or snacks on the beach. We caught our fish on a charter and cooked every day. Great kitchen for that! Grocery delivery for a $5 fee. Coffee each morning next to the pool, listening to and seeing the surf, monkeys and birds. Better wildlife viewing than the National Park. The house and location is quiet and gives our three couples room for their own space and own well appointed restrooms. Steps from the bus stop to Quepos on Manual Antonio. Easy taxi service also. Zero complaints and planning our next trip to the same house.

Pura Vida perfection on the beach.

We could not have been happier staying at this property. The size was perfect for my family of five (including 3 young adults). Susan is immediately responsive to any inquiries and helpful with recommendations and assisting with tours. Paco maintains the amazing landscaping and was so nice making sure no one moved our chairs on the beach. Eni is the sweetest and does a wonderful job. The house has an amazing location right on the beach (apparently a rarity). So lovely even though it was overcast. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and picking up light snacks and drinks (the kitchen is well-appointed btw for anyone who likes to cook. I regret that I did not have more time to do so), We watched wildlife in our own backyard including beautiful birds, basilisks, crabs, butterflies, and so many monkeys! We hope to go back. I would not hesitate if you are contemplating this property.

This is how you want to visit Costa Rica

Very nice house. Not many houses on the beach. You have house cleaner, security, pool guy, gardner. Easy to cook if you want to. Many restaurants and grocery stores are close. You are surrounded on both sides by 2 small hotels. Lots of weed smoking going on but mostly quiet. Beach is very nice and not overcrowded. Somehow I thought Costa Rica had more advanced public utilities but you cannot flush anything down toilets. Nothing. So use your imagination. Food was good but most menus seemed very similar. Views were great from seaside cafes. Renting a car- be prepared. Buy both Expedia collision and liability if you can. Their insurance is expensive but drivers are lunatics. People walking all over. No sidewalks. Mopeds everywhere. Pretend you are in Iraq. Seem to be no real rules. Not much parking at the restaurants. Covid makes everything more difficult and protocols lack common sense. That is why being at your own house is the way to go. Susan has all the information if you need it.

Pure Vida at its finest

This is an amazing property with so many perks. Can’t get a better location as you can walk to Manuel Antonio and have a private short path to the beach. The pool and hot tub are very nice as is the amazing landscaped property that creates a monkey haven. We loved watching the dozens of monkeys each morning and night. Saw more here than in the park. Susan the Concierge was amazing and helped us plan everything, she even ordered us Pizza! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone it is an amazing retreat.

Family Vacation

This was the first time to Costa Rica for my husband, kids and in-laws. I have always loved Manuel Antonio and this house was absolutely perfect. Heather and Susan were super helpful. The house is literally 150 feet away from the beach but yet you feel like you are in the jungle with all the beautiful landscaping! We had monkeys visit us every day and actually had a sloth and her baby living in a tree next to the property for the whole time we were there. We will be back for sure!!

The Beach House is located perfectly so you feel like you're living in a jungle with the beach just steps away. Monkeys, sloths, lizards, and crabs make for great entertainment while soaking in the hot tub or relaxing in the pool. A Perfect Stay In Paradise

This is our third time at the beach house and it only gets better. Where else can you have a beautiful air conditioned house that is only steps from the beach. Not only that, there are now more restaurant options on the beach so you really don't ever have to get in your car if you the blissed out beach feeling washes over you. Service from MAV Rentals is top notch and they are so helpful with tours, trips and general questions. The staff at the house are kind professionals who do a great job unobtrusively. This is really a dream vacation where you can be in paradise and have all the comforts of home. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, Peaceful Paradise

This house is amazing. The house being steps away from the beach was the highlight for us - we went down the beach multiple times a day and it was so nice to come right back to the house and enjoy a snack and shade. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub (not hot during the day) was perfect for our little kids (age 7,5, + 4). Enni, the housekeeper, was the sweetest ever and Paco, the gardener was so friendly and helpful as well. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated and everything was very clean. Susan was great and got back to us immediately with anything we needed. The restaurants next door on both sides were delicious and a short walk down the beach are more restaurants. We took surf lessons from Blue Horizon next door and they were great with us and our kids - we all had so much fun. Can't recommend this place enough! We are counting down to the next time we can go! Pura Vida!

Paradise!!!

Well where do I start? We have been lucky enough to stay at "The Beach House" on two different occasions. There's something special about staying in a BEAUTIFUL home where the rainforest meets the sand. You can swim in the pool and then walk right out to a beautiful beach then have a short walk for lunch. The monkeys and iguanas will visit daily, which is always a treat! The staff is top notch and can/will handle any and all of your needs! My wife and I would recommend "The Beach House" to anyone visiting the Manuel Antonio area.

Best vacation ever!!!

Wow! Much more than we expected. This Beachfront home was beautiful, clean & comfortable. You could lounge by the pool or walk to the beach or do both. Right in the heart of Manuel Antonio. My family and I feel this was one of the best places we have ever stayed at and love Costa Rica. The saying Pura Vida is so true in this lovely beach front home.

Beautiful home & amazing staff

We were blessed to spend a beautiful week here in Oct 2015. The home is gorgeous and provides stunning views of the Pacific Ocean with direct beach access. The house staff is stellar & very welcoming. It's in a secure area with 24 hr security. We felt extremely comfortable here and enjoyed every moment spent at the house and in thr Manuel Antonio/Quepos area. Can't wait to return one day. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed.

FABULOUS

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at The Beach House for the first time this year. The House is spectacular! There was definitely love put into designing, building, and decorating The House. It is impeccably maintained and very comfortable. The staff did a wonderful job. And the location is unbelievable - smack dab on the beach! Oh - and the monkeys!!!! You will have cute little visitors. It was our first time in Costa Rica. What a beautiful country (although I didn’t see as much of the country as I thought I would because I just could NOT make myself leave The House!!!). The Beach House is definitely a gem on the sea and we will return (hopefully sooner than later).

Wonderful vacation!!

Vacationed here 04/03 - 04/10/2016 with another couple. A gorgeous comfortable home with everything you need in a great location. Enjoyed coffee & breakfast in the morning, cocktails in the afternoon by the pool and beach located in your backyard! Monkeys visited daily. Surfing, shopping, massages and restaurants in walking distance. Susan, housekeeper, security & Paco were awesome. Susan arranged for our zip lining tour, sunset cruise tour & rental car.
