Newport 1 - Impressive 4 Bdrm Lakefront Condo

This is an impressive 4 bedroom 4 bath two level condo with awesome lake views throughout. Both levels have a fireplace and a nice screened in porch with a walkout to the docks and seasonal swimming pool on the lower level. The main entry level is appointed with one of the primary lakeview suites with a king bed and private bathroom, the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, and 2 more bedrooms each with queen beds. The lower level offers the other king bedded lakeview primary suite with private bath, another living room, billiards table adjoined by a wet bar with a second refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Each primary suite has a large flatscreen cable TV as well as each living room and WiFi is available throughout. As you can see this is the perfect condo for larger groups offering plenty of space to spread out. The Newport Condo Complex is located in the city limits of Lake Ozark and is very close to the historic Bagnell Dam Strip area, just minutes to Baxter’s and JB Hooks Restaurants, favorite golf courses, boat rentals, and many other lake area attractions. There is also a 12' X 30" boat slip available for an additional charge. Come enjoy everything Lake of the Ozarks has to offer! The VRBO was beautiful, owners were very responsive with all questions. The only feedback is I wish they had hand soap in the bathrooms instead of bars of body soap to use, but the rest was wonderful and everything was thought of!

Great condo!!

Love the space everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom!! 2 refrigerators, 2 kitchen areas and a fun pool table! We were able to walk out of condo and go fishing or to pool just wonderful.

The place was very pretty and comfortable with room for all 8 of us. The first floor is actually 2 floors down which was ok for us. The condo was within 1 mile to the downtown area. Very nice.

Beautiful Condo

Everything about the condo was wonderful. The only issue was the listing says it is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath. I assumed each bedroom had an en-suite but that wasn’t the case. One was on the lower level so an upstairs bedroom has to shower downstairs and the other across the hall. Small blip but would have been nice to know when booking.

Great stay and awesome apartment! The only issue we had was parking. It was not expressed to me or in any of the rental documentation that only two cars could be parked at the condo. The upper parking lot was also empty most of the time we were there. It would be nice to know prior to signing the agreement that it was not accurate.

The condo was nicely equipped, clean, well-maintained and there aren't any "awkward" bathrooms or bedrooms (clearly "add-ons") like many of the other houses we've stayed in at LOTO. Everyone had access to a nice bedroom & bathroom, which made the stay super comfortable! Perfect for our family of 10! Definitely the most thorough and communicative experience we've ever had reserving a vacation spot at the LOTO! The phone call a few days prior to check-in was the icing on the cake - excellent service!

We loved the condo and how close it was to the pool. And the elevators were a must for all of our luggage! Always very friendly and helpful. Great family vacation spot

Condo was clean and well stocked! Pool table was great because it rained some of the time. Unit is on lower level so two stories down from parking lot (there is an elevator). The lower level of the condo walks right out to the sidewalk to boat dock and pool! That was wonderful.
