Your holiday home, which is located on an active farm with animal husbandry, in the middle of a lot of nature and close to the Baltic Sea, offers you relaxation and recreation right on the lake.

The very well furnished feel-good apartment is located in our country house in the quiet village of Klein Wittensee, centrally between Rendsburg and Eckernförde, in the middle of the Hüttener Berge nature park. The fine or near-natural and tourist tax-free Baltic Sea beach of Eckernförde is only 12 km away.

A nice farm shop can be found in the small town of Klein Wittensee. A well-stocked, small supermarket, which has everything for daily needs, a pharmacy, doctors and a recommendable restaurant can be reached in less than 3 km.

From the south-facing living room you have a wonderful panoramic view of the blue Wittensee.
The cozy apartment looks more spacious because it has a floor area of approx. 56 m².

LIVING ROOM:
Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, your view, from the comfortable sofa, can sweep directly over the Wittensee, which presents itself differently depending on the wind and the weather.

The white dining area stands in the middle of the room and from there also allows a clear view of the lake and the well-kept living garden. The morning, midday and evening sun floods the room with light and sunshine.
Satellite TV (LCD flat screen, 106.07 cm, 42 inches), Blue-ray DVD player, WiFi, stereo system with radio, USB, iPod and CD player, games, books and extensive information material provide entertainment.
The white furniture is kept in a modern country style. The floor has been laid with high-quality design planks in a light wood look. Cream-colored walls and well-positioned light sources ensure that the room radiates warmth.

KITCHEN:
The well-designed, bright and very well-equipped kitchen offers you a beautiful view of the Wittensee through the skylights.
A ceramic hob, oven with multiple functions, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, hand blender with universal shredder, pot set and many practical kitchen aids will delight the hobby cooks among you. Uniform dishes, glasses and cutlery complete the equipment.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom is also equipped with white furniture in a modern country style and has a color concept in natural tones with colored accessories.
Well-sized cabinet space, 100 cm, clothes rack, blackout blind, fly screen, reading lamps and a comfortable box spring bed, 180 cm x 200 cm, with spring mattresses are part of the equipment. The down comforters, 155 x 220 cm, and the pillows, 80 x 80 cm, are freshly made. A cozy woolen blanket and small pillows, 50 x 50 cm, decorate the double bed, which can be divided into 2 single beds if desired.
The morning sun shines in the room and through the large skylight you have a wonderful view of the lake.

BATH:
The friendly and bright shower room with toilet, vanity and shower, 90 x90 cm, has a large skylight and the evening sun shines in the room.
Fluffy hand and bath towels, 70 x 100 cm and 150 x 100 cm, enough towel hooks, storage space, bath mats, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, very good lighting and an initial supply of cosmetic articles await you.

WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER:
In the basement of the house there is a washing machine, dryer and a drying room with enough linen space for free use. Of course you will also find a drying rack in the apartment. Of course you can let the laundry dry in the garden in summer.

SAUNA BARREL ON WITTENSEE:
Sauna with a view of the lake - I'll take the time out.

Sit in fragrant, comforting or warming warmth and let your gaze wander over the Wittensee, enjoy the calming waves of the lake and the green nature.

Our Finnish sauna barrel offers you that. Sauna at 50 ° C to 95 ° C and look through the large panoramic window at the nearby Wittensee. The sauna barrel, which is available to all guests, is made of high-quality, Scandinavian spruce wood and heated with an electric sauna heater and offers 6 seats or two berths, each approx. 2 m long. The selectable colored light supports a stimulating, soothing, calming or relaxing effect.

So that you can use the sauna alone and protect your privacy, there is a board in the sauna area on which you can block your sauna appointments. You can also note there whether you would like to take a sauna alone.

Of course we have a pampering package ready for you. Bathrobe, sauna towel, bath and hand towels are included - as well as fragrant infusions with essential oils.

After the sauna session, a unique fresh air treatment awaits you under a clear sky with a clear view of the lake. Use the Wittensee as a large, natural "plunge pool". A cold shower or an invigorating hose can be used as an alternative.

Relax on the comfortable wicker loungers, in the popular beach chair or in the comfortable wicker armchairs, wrapped in fluffy bathrobes and warming woolen blankets. The covered, bright outdoor terrace next to the sauna offers you a place protected from the wind and privacy.

For the winter months, a stable and specially made tarpaulin keeps the wind and cold out. Through the large, very clear film windows, you can continue to enjoy the wonderful view of the nearby Wittensee.

GARDEN WITH SEA ACCESS:
Enjoy the fresh sea air and the soothing sound of the waves.

The large living garden, with many seating areas, invites you to linger and offers you an incomparably unobstructed view of the lake.

You can relax while listening to the gentle waves on the lawn, which has direct access to the lake. There you will find a beach chair and high-quality sun loungers. Or you can simply take a refreshing dip in the gently sloping lake.
On the idyllic lake shore, the cozy pavilion or the spacious lake terrace invite you to barbecue. Here you have time for a good book or you can simply let your gaze wander over the lake into the distance and enjoy the peace.
Our boats are available for rowing or fishing free of charge.

THE PLAYGROUND:
The playground, with various devices such as a swing, slide, sandpit, trampoline and. Table tennis, offers your children plenty of space to play.

Outside Area:
You can store your fishing equipment, bicycles etc. in the lockable guest storage room.
There is a reserved parking space for your car in the large courtyard.
