The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet guaranteed! <br>Once through the gate, you will discover an enclosed garden of 1000 m2 as well as a south-facing terrace which will offer you a beautiful sea view, particularly on the pier of the Ile de Sein and the beach of Sainte Evette. <br>The house is intended to be practical and family-friendly and we want you to feel at home!<br>You will find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, convection oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto, coffee maker, pancake makers, pancakes, raclette, monsieur Cuisine ... ) with a central island that allows you to eat for four people, a dining room (6 people) and a living room with TV, games console and fibre.<br>A bedroom (double bed of 140 cm) and the toilet are also on the ground floor. <br>Upstairs you will find the bathroom (sink, shower and washing machine) as well as two bedrooms composed as follows: <br>- bedroom on the right: two 80 cm beds (which can be glued together to make a large bed) plus a 90cm bed and a trundle bed underneath <br>- Bedroom on the left: an 80cm bed with its trundle bed and an 80cm bed <br>On the terrace, you can enjoy deckchairs, garden furniture, a dining table with two benches and a charcoal barbecue. <br>You will also have many games for children (books, board games, dinette, cars, football goal, tricycles and bicycles...).<br>The house is bright due to its southern exposure, it is equipped with roller shutters, electric heaters and a pellet stove. <br>Shops are nearby as well as beaches.<br>Sheets are provided (not towels) and beds made on arrival.
