We enjoyed our stay in Hampton Bays. Convenient to great restaurants. A family of deer came in the backyard one evening. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

cozy spot near the beach

We booked this spot for a beach getaway, and it was great to be such a short drive from beautiful beaches and nice restaurants. We made use of the grill out back and the kitchen too, and one afternoon rented a sailboat from Sag Harbor Sailing (highly recommend). We encountered a few minor issues as the first guests at the house, but the owner was responsive and understanding and helped make everything right in the end.

Beautiful and charming Hamptons retreat! Reminded our family of our childhood farm in Arkansas, ironically - but all we really meant by that is how cozy and home-like it felt for us! We loved it.

Great location and great value! Very close to the beach (5 min drive)! Travel Tip: Make sure to bring extra sheets/blankets if you plan for someone to stay on the couch. Also plan to bring trash bags & paper towel (only 1 bag & roll provided.

We had such a great experience with this property. The property is beautiful and the location perfect for where we wanted to be in the Hamptons.

Nice location the home was just enough for 3 days

For a short stay in the Hamptons the home was just enough for what we needed. We stayed there for 3 nights. Close to beach, train & town. The only issue we had was we could not connect to Wi-Fi & the air conditioner was not working. The owner seemed responsive initially but never addressed those issues.

Hampton Bays Stay

This property was ideal for its proximity to the beautiful beaches in that area. It truly was just minutes away! We enjoyed relaxing in the privacy of the backyard after our busy days.

Comfortable, verdant

Small, cozy house located in suburban neighborhood with very nice outdoor deck, grill, and tables. Well kept. Access to Southampton and Sag Harbor by car. Short drive to Ponquogue beach. Nice manager. Enjoy Long Island.
