Legacy Lodge - Log Home Retreat - 5 bed 2 bath with stunning mountain views !!

The Legacy Lodge is located near beautiful Libby MT, tucked in at the base of a mountain. It is a gorgeous and peaceful setting. with stunning views of the Cabinet Mountains to the west. We are less than a mile from the Amish market. With a 15 min. drive into town. Deer, turkeys and many kinds of birds are some of the wildlife you will get to see here. There are many hiking, fishing and other outdoor activities you can do in the local area. This is a log home we newly remodeled in 2020. We did our best to furnish it in luxury!. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms total. You are renting the entire home, which includes both the main level and the basement level.

Upper level and loft is 3 bedroom 1 bath:: The main kitchen is fully furnished with large amounts of cabinet space, all the dishes and utensils you will need, and all the amenities plus more! A gas cook range, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Keurig machine, waffle iron, blender, dishwasher. and a few more! What makes it special is the gorgeous granite counter-tops and the one piece granite sink. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub with an overhead shower. Living area has a sleeper sofa. Laundry is located in the master bath. There is also a large walk-out deck with a bbq grill and a patio table. Makes for a perfect evening, dining outside and watching the sun set behind the mountains! The main level has 3 ductless heat pump units for heating and air conditioning.
There is an elevator built on the side of the house. This is a non-working elevator and we ask that guests don't attempt to use it. Access between the floors is via the deck stairway or walking around to the front basement entrance.


The Basement is 2 bedroom 1 bath, with a custom tiled walk-in shower:: It has a fully furnished kitchenette, with most of the amenities as the upper floor. This is not accessible from the the main level as it has its own (handicap accessible) private entrance at ground level. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. There is a laundry closet with a washer/dryer. Living area also has a sleeper sofa. The patio outside has a small table for 2 and a bbq. grill. The basement has in-floor heating through-out, with thermostats mounted in each room.


Entertaiment:: The home has free wifi: The basement and the upper level both have Roku TV with netfilx, hulu, prime, and other steaming options available as well as a dvd player with several movie selections. There a several board games and cards for your enjoyment as well.


Log Pavilion:: There is a log pavilion next to the lodge, perfect for having a bbq and enjoying the long summer evenings. A good idea to bring lawn chairs. We do have an outdoor fire pit, with firewood provided.


Parking:: The carport at the back of the house has 2 parking spots. There is a turn-around spot in the graveled area behind the pavilion if needed. Please do not park there. Additional parking spots available on the graveled area next to the creek.
