Family-friendly, quiet apartment in a beautiful Engadine house
A child-friendly and practically furnished 4.5 room apartment on the 1st Floor in a quiet southwest location. A large living-dining room with a cozy Swedish stove and a small west-facing balcony form the heart of the apartment. A small and well-equipped separate kitchen, in which the Nespresso coffee machine is not missing, also allows many guests to cook. In the 3, freshly furnished, partly rather small (children's room) bedrooms you will find enough space to store clothes and make yourself comfortable. A practically furnished cloakroom and a separate bathroom and toilet make it easier for several guests to live together. In the house, Chesa Cuntainta, you will also find a ski and bicycle storage room as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler to be shared by all tenants. A parking space in the garage in the neighboring Hotel Giardino Mountain is at your disposal. The Chesa Cuntainta is located in the Üerts development, near the center of the village in a quiet location. Cross-country trails, hiking and biking trails, riding stables and a bus stop, restaurant, children's playground, sports and grocery store can be found in the village, all within a 2-5 minute walk. A large selection of other summer and winter sports for 1-99 year olds can be easily reached by public transport or by car in a few minutes. There are usually bus connections to all valley stations of all Oberengadin mountain railways at least every 1/2 hour) When booking at short notice, please contact the landlord beforehand. Final cleaning of CHF 140.- (mandatory), tourist tax of CHF 3.15 per night and person (mandatory), bed linen / terry towels up to 3 people CHF 60.-, more than 3 people CHF 100.- and any usage fees for washing machine / dryer from CHF 2.- per wash / drying cycle will be charged on site. NEW! From the 1st September 2018 there is a new price model for the ski passes of the Upper Engadine Bergbahnen. The prices for day and multi-day tickets vary depending on the demand on the respective day of validity. Early bookers who book 15 days or more in advance save up to 30 percent with the “Snow Deal”. Ski passes for the Oberengadiner Bergbahnen can now be booked via the dynamic "Snow Deal" price model for winter 2019/2020. You can also benefit from the attractive family cards. The apartment did everything it needed to. Close to St. M and clean. Had few amenities but worth it for the price.
I booked this property on behalf of my son and his 5 friends who are all aspiring athletes. They came to st moritz for altitude training. They had a wonderful time and found the property clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything they needed. The property is close to lots of great running and cycling routes as wel as a track and a lake. The property owner is really accomodating and understanding for example when they lost the laundry room key and also she allowed them to leave their luggage for a few hours after they checked out. My son said he would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of booking it.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden für einen unkomplizierten Schiurlaub mit der Familie. Die Wohnung hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alle Schigebiete sind gut zu erreichen. In der Wohnung sind viele Spielsachen. Die Küche ist klein, aber es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, um für die ganze Familie zu kochen. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
Wie hatten eine tolle Zeit im Engadin, Kommunikation war perfekt, die Wohnung liegt ideal, um jeden Tag Ski zufahren.Alles, was man braucht ist vor Ort! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!

Schöne, geräumige & gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit einfacher aber vielfacher & zweckdienlicher Ausstattung in Champfér. Äußerst unkomplizierte & freundliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Jederzeit wieder!
Wir haben den Aufenhalt im schönen Engadin sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist schön gross und es steht viel Spielzeug für die Kinder zur Verfügung. Mit dem Auto oder dem Bus waren wir schnell im Corvatsch Gebiet. Da haben wir schöne Pisten für alle Könnensstufen vorgefunden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig -der Wohn und Essbereich sehr grosszügig und gemütlich.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero rilassante. La casa, grande e spaziosa si trova in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Ideale per escursioni a piedi o in bici. Complimenti a Patrizia e alle persone che collaborano con Lei.
Abbiamo trascorso splendide vacanze piene di sole. L’appartamento è spazioso e con tutto il necessario, in un contesto silenzioso e ottimo punto di partenza er scoprile la Val Engadina.

Large living room, beds for 8, small, balcony provides outdoor seating. Excellent location, walking-distance to St Moritz via local trail, wonderful outdoor opportunities. We'll be back.
Die grossen und hellen Zimmer haben reichlich Stauraum zum Versorgen der Kleider. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Garage und ÖV sind mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war angenehm und informativ. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder!
Die Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Touren in alle Richtungen. Küche ist klein aber dafür mit allem ausgestattet (auch Spülmaschine). Wohn-/Esszimmer groß mit toller Aussicht. Schlafplatz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr freundlich! Kommen gerne wieder!
