Nice apartment (1 bedroom) fully furnished and refurbished; with air conditioning.
Luminous with a sunny and sheltered terrasse - Magnificent sea view, no vis-a-vis. 300 meters from the white sand beach. Pedestrian access to the beach (5 mins) and to the city center(scenic pathway - 15 mins) . Nice bathroom with shower. Separate WC. Fully equipped kitchen (dish-washer, washing machine, espresso machine, plancha grill, grill & micro-wave oven...) open on the living room. Wardrobes, closets.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Karine et Benoît. L’appartement est très propre avec une belle terrasse et une magnifique vue sur la mer . Il est très bien équipé et ne manque de rien . A 5 minutes à pied de la très belle plage de St Clair. Proche également du port du Lavandou et du centre-ville. Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Merveilleux séjour dans un impeccable appartement

Nous avons séjourné avec notre fille dans l'appartement de Karine et Ben: communication très fluide et extrêmement sympathique avec la propriétaire, accueil adorable de la part de son époux, vue fantastique sur la baie de Saint-Clair, très jolies prestations, de la décoration aux équipements à disposition, excellente literie toute neuve, rare et fort appréciable (convertible dans la pièce à vivre et matelas dans la chambre). Une perle! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Location très bien située face à la belle plage de St Clair. La location est très propre et bien agencée. Le petit plus est la superbe vue que l’on a de la terrasse. Merci aux propriétaires.

Très très agréable séjour.

Merci à Karine pour très sympathique accueil. L’appartement, correspondant aux photos, est lumineux, très propre, très bien équipé, et parfaitement situé dans cette belle région. La terrasse, très agréable, nous permet de profiter d’une magnifique vue sur la mer et les îles. Facilité d’accès, à pied, à la plage et aux divers sentiers de promenade… Très belle location que nous recommandons vivement et que nous recommanderons autour de nous . Nous y reviendrons pour un plus long séjour.

Très bel appartement.

Super séjour, les proprios sont très accueillants et arrangeants. La résidence est très calme. On a pu tout faire à pieds, la plage, le centre-ville et le port. Nombreux rangements, l'appartement ne manque de rien. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Vacances au top

Nous avons passé de super vacances à Saint Clair, l’appartement a une vue extraordinaire. Il est d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé. De plus, l’accès à la plage est à cinq minutes à pied, des petits restos et bars sympa en front de mer. Top !!!
