A+ CONDO AWESOME LOCATION

Experience the Great Smoky Mountains from beautiful historic Pigeon Forge. From the balcony, see the panoramic beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. This downtown Pigeon Forge Condo is just off the Parkway,
within 4.5 miles of Dollywood, theaters and less than one mile from major shopping outlets and restaurants. From the Parkway in Pigeon Forge..turn left onto Plaza Drive between the Ramada Inn and Dunkin Donuts. Top of hill 2nd building.
Our unit at Mountain View Condos has a large bedroom with King-size bed, closeted bunk beds and sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, beautiful maple cabinets, range, and dishwasher,
refrigerator with icemaker, microwave and coffeemaker. The living room features comfortable furniture (2 new recliners) for relaxing while enjoying the electric
fireplace. Also, this condo has a new 70 inch flat screen Smart TV w/DVD player in the living room with a 65 inch flat screen TV in the bedroom with DVD blue ray player The condo building has a convenient elevator and guest carts. 36-inch doorways help guests needing handicap-friendly features. Built in 2008. Sleeps six. .
MEMO: The New Titanic Attraction and The New Hollywood Wax Museum are 2/10 mile from our unit.
DIRECTIONS TO MOUNTAIN VIEW CONDOS: TURN LEFT BETWEEN THE RAMADA INN AND DUNKIN DONUTS (RIGHT AFTER YOU PASS TITANIC) LOCATED ON PLAZA DRIVE OFF THE PARKWAY. OUR UNIT IS the 2ND 7
STORY CONDO. LOCATED ON 5TH FLOOR. HAS A GREAT VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS. ALL BALCONIES FACE THE
MOUNTAINS. THE 'NEW' ISLAND IN WALKING DISTANCE.

NEW SPA NOW OPEN & A NEW BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR HEATED POOL OPEN APRIL THRU OCTOBER. YOU MUST HAVE A WRIST BAND TO ENTER THE POOL AND SPA. NEW INDOOR POOL OPEN. WE HAVE SIX EACH POOL PASSES IN OUR UNIT FOR YOUR USE. PLEASE RETURN YOU WRIST BANDS TO OUR UNIT. THERE IS A $10 FEE FOR EACH WRIST BAND NOT RETURNED. PLEASE, IF YOU USE A WRIST BAND MAKE SURE YOU RETURN IT. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

This unit was well furnished and clean and had a good view of the mountains. Our children enjoyed the pool as well. The location in Pigeon Forge is great and is close to a lot of attractions and dining options. Parking was plentiful and the room is easy to access. The owners were great also. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. We like the location right near the main road in Pigeon Forge but set back and feels secluded. We were able to see the Dollywood fireworks from the balcony and great views of the Smokies.

Great Spot!

We came down to visit some family and still have a bit of a vacation for our selves. It was a great quiet spot and had everything we needed. The location to all the food, attractions, and shopping was nice especially having 3 little kids. We will definitely be back on our next trip down.
