Located in a small building completely renovated in 2021, the apartment offers private access to a hot tub and a patio, as well as shared access to a swimming pool.

The space
Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed; the third has two single beds. All have ample closet space. There are two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower and toilet) and a separate toilet.

Guest access
It is possible to park in front of the building to load and unload the car.

A parking space is included in the rental price (a few minutes’ walk from the apartment).

A second parking space is available for €40 per week (minimum 7-day reservation).

Other things to note
No more than a five-minute walk to the Palais des Papes, the Pont d’Avignon, Les Halles Central Market, and Place de l’Horloge. Avignon is a small town where a car isn’t necessary.

Within 30 minutes of the town (by car or guided tour), you can explore the villages of the Luberon region in Provence, the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône, and the Pont du Gard. The cities of Nîmes and Arles are a little farther away. Marseille and the Camargue are about an hour away.

Avignon is about seven hours by car from Paris and just under three hours by high-speed train. The Avignon TGV station is a 10-minute drive or taxi ride from the apartment, with very frequent trains from Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, and Barcelona.
