L’appartement est spacieux mais sous les combles et sans varangue donc on ne peut rester dedans qu’avec la Clim. Le jardin est sympa mais impraticable le soir car non éclairé, nous n’avions pas de saladier nous avons fait nos salades dans des casseroles. Bref quelques petits inconvénients qui n’empêche pas que l’ emplacement est idéal. Tout cela n’est pas évident à voir dans le descriptif en résumé l’appartement est au premier étage et relié au jardin par un escalier d’une vingtaine de marches, pas de balcon pour cet appartement et jardin non éclairé.
