Amazing view from the balcony.Listing as described.Master bedroom is up a few stairs, and the second bedroom is accessible only via a few steps outside on the balcony. The second bedroom is rather small (baby travel crib won't fit)

Very mixed experience. The host was friendly and communicated well. However, she does not live locally, and there is no formal local agent. This was a problem when there was a general water cut on a Sunday lasting many hours, leaving us literally dry on a day with 35 degrees heat. . Shop (for drinking water) closed. Next village 20 mins drive down windy roads. All she was able to promise was to call the town hall the next morning. We didn't know the neighbours nor were we linked into local news We knew there was no WiFi. But phone reception was also very poor, not great at any time but worse in above situation.Also the bedrooms are claustrophobic, particularly the main one has very low ceiling and no proper means of ventilation, with a tiny sky light directly above bed and small window facing a central indoor staircase. Very few sockets The balcony was not uesaeable due to direct sun around 5-8pm- just when we'd have liked to have dinner there The flat overlooks the very lively main square. This was nice on the last night, when there was gentle live music finishing at a reasonable time; but the first night there was disco music rattling our bedroom until midnight at least....Positives- the view really is amazing The balcony is lovely for breakfast and lunchtime and then late eveningThe flat is very well decorated with some lovely design featuresLocation is very good for gorges du verdon and lac at croix

1°) il y a quelqu’un sur place et vous le savez !.. il y a la conciergerie clé du verdon , charlotte que vous avez même appelée pour qu’ elle vienne chercher la prestation location de linge le dimanche et vous a renseignée sur la coupure 2°) oui il y a eu une coupure d’eau due à une canalisation qui a cassé dans le bas du village qui a impacté la moitié de la population d’Aiguines, c’est la mairie qui a en gestion l’eau et elle est fermée le dimanche, il y a l’astreinte qui a réparé en ouvrant la chaussée et changer le tuyau mais ça a pris 3h en effet et l’eau est revenue ! Oui j’ai appelé la mairie, je ne pouvais faire que ça comme tous les habitants du village Au passage les restaurateurs n’ont pas pu assuré le service du midi ! 3°) Apres que la chambre ne vous ai pas convenu je l’entends c’est la première fois que j’ai ce genre de remarques j’en prends note ! mais je ne peux pas faire grand-chose 2 Il y a un velux et des ventilateurs dans la maison 4°) on est en été et dans le sud cette année qui est une année exceptionnelle il fait chaud, il faut s’adapter et diner un peu plus tard 5°) oui il y a eu la fête du village et à 23h 30 tout s’est arrêté 6°) je vous remercie pour vos compliments en fin de commentaires et au plaisir de vous revoir Aiguines bonne continuation

Darling apartment with incredible views

This apartment in Aiguines was perfect for our stay near the Verdon Gorge. The apartment is beautiful inside and is very spacious. We especially loved the balcony that overlooks the lake and chateau. The only downside is the apartment does not include linens/towels or internet, which was not communicated to us until after we paid and made the reservation. However, the linen fee of 30 was minimal, but I would have preferred to have known this upfront when I made the reservation. I would love to stay here again and would totally recommend to friends!

Vor unserer Ankunft war ein Zimmer schon länger nicht gereinigt worden - das musste ich machen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist nur von der Terrasse aus begehbar. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Örtchen Aguines und die Lage ist wirklich toll! Für gehbehinderte Menschen und junge Kinder wäre diese Wohnung nicht geeignet (viele Stufen)!

Vi havde et skønt ophold i Aiguines! Lejligheden ligger midt i byen, tæt på restauranter og de lokale butikker. Fra den overdækkede balkon/terrasse er der smuk udsigt til slot og Lac de Sainte Croix. Caroline er proaktiv og præcis i sin kommunikation. Kan klart anbefale denne lejlighed!

La maison ressemblait à la description elle était très propre bien décorée. Par contre j’aurai aimé que la propriétaire ou que l’annonce me précise que la seconde chambre se trouve sur la terrasse pas isolée et sans chauffage. Je n’aurai pas choisi ce bien.

Une belle vue au calme

Les hotesses ont été super disponibles et serviables. La maison est nickel( il manque qd même du poivre), propre avec sa terrasse tres apprécié pour la vue et permettre de manger a l'ombre le midi et faire sécher les serviettes. Seul bémol, on est a 15 min mini en voiture de tout il n'y a pas grand chose sur place donc bien penser à faire ses courses aavant.

Logement et emplacement exceptionnels

Nous avons passé un court séjour de très grande qualité. Le logement est propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et la terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur le lac de Sainte Croix et la jolie place du village d'Aiguines. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir lors d'un prochain passage dans la région.

Maison de caractère dont la magnifique terrasse donne sur une place vivante (parfois bruyante…)

Situation intéressante du charmant Aiguines. La terrasse pourrait mériter parasol et transat ! A noter que la toute petite deuxième chambre est située sur la terrasse…

Schöne Lage, schlechte Kommunikation

- Schöner Blick vom Balkon auf den See - Gute Lage um die Verdonschlucht zu erkundigen - Stilvolles Wohnzimmer , die Schlazimmer haben aber wenig Charm. - Prima ausgestattete Küche - Leider waren wir mit der Kommunikation nicht zufrieden und hatten keinen angenehmenAufenthalt. Zum einen mussten wir 30 Euro für die Reinigung bezahlen. Dies war nicht transparent angegeben. Zudem hatten wir um ein weiteres Bettzeug gebeten. Dies wurde uns zugesagt, allerdings hatten wir dann nichts mehr gehört. Dies hatte zur Folge, dass wir nicht alle Schlafzimmer nutzen konnten und 3 Personen in 1 Bett schlafen mussten. Im Nachgang hatten wir dies nochmal der Vermieterin mitgeteilt aber keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Unfortunately 1 bed line is missing. We also tried to reach Lisa , but could not reach her. Best regards Achim » j ai répondu à 22h 18 "Sorry but i m not leaving in aiguines i call lisa tomorrow" Cordialement lisa dormait .à cette heure ci Le drap vous été déposé le lendemain et nous nous en sommes encore excusé. . Le ménage est nettement noté dans l’annonce et dans le contrat de location que vous avez accepté ! 30 euro En revanche dans votre commentaire vous avez oublié de noter l état dans lequel vous avez laissé la maison . vous avez omis : -de tirer la chasse des toilettes, des excréments étaient encore dans la cuvette - de jeter les poubelles - la vaisselle sale dans l’évier et dans le lave vaisselle . Quel manque de respect de laisser la maison dans un tel état .ce n' est pas bien
