On the 2nd floor: a second entrance via the garden, the living room, the kitchen, the dining area and a toilet. On the 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms (one with large terrace), a bathroom (with toilet). Each landing is served by a beautiful wooden staircase.

The enclosed patio-style garden is an invitation to idleness and relaxation. To cool off during the hottest hours of summer, a 3mx2m swimming pool, which can be heated, equipped with its sliding terrace, travertine deck, and a shower head are at your disposal, as are the deckchairs and the electric plancha available to tenants.
Ideally located in the village centre, close to the Tourist Office and the shops of prestigious wine estates and terroirs, the house is also the starting point for beautiful hikes or cycling to the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Mont-Ventoux.
Close to the cities of Vaison-la-Romaine, Orange and Avignon, and the renowned villages of Séguret, Sablet, Rasteau, Cairanne, Vacqueyras, Beaumes-de-Venise, cradles of famous vineyards, there are many shops, as well as tourist and cultural attractions and events (Avignon Festival, Chorégies d'Orange, etc.).

In the evening, in summer, the romantic village of Gigondas lights up. It is the ideal time to stroll through its narrow streets with unusual names, discover the path of sculptures, explore the botanical garden, discover the ruins of the old castle, and finally sit comfortably on the terrace tasting our wines and local products, while enjoying the mild summer heat, under the starry sky of our beautiful Provence.
