The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming flat in Villarembert, with chairlifts 30 metres away, ideal for enjoying the 138 slopes of the Sybelles ski area (4th largest in France), with a swimming pool in the residence. It measures 38 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a balcony. Ski in and ski out, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 16 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and TV.
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed
- Bathroom with bath.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.

Outside area :
- A balcony of approximately 8 m² on the ground floor overlooking the slopes.

Communal areas :
- Heated outdoor swimming pool, approx. 5×10 metres, secured by an electric shutter, open from 18 December to 15 April, and from 2 July to 27 August. Outside these dates, the pool is closed (opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change).
- Sauna (booking protocol to be arranged on site).
- Fitness area.

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

The residence is ideally located, just 30 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the nearest shops and 350 m from the ESF kindergarten. At an altitude of 1500 m, the Corbier resort offers an exceptional panorama of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks - everything you need for an enjoyable stay! A restaurant-bar, "L'épicurien", is open in the residence in winter and summer. It serves tartiflette, fondue, raclette and pizzas. Viennoiserie and bread to order in the morning. Ski equipment hire available...

Activities :
- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-sled rides, ski school 600 metres away, mountain biking, etc.
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent.
- A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, "Île aux Dragons" leisure park, etc.

Transport :
- You can park directly in the numbered private underground car park with key barrier (standard size for 1 passenger car).
- The bus stop is 50 m away and serves various parts of the Corbier resort.
- Saint-Jean de Maurienne SNCF train station 25 minutes away by car.
- Chambéry airport 1h15 away by car (airport shuttle service available).

Other remarks :
- Wifi available - conditions and payment from reception.
- Very good 5G reception in the flat.
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the Corbier resort.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming.
- A coin-operated laundry is available in building A.
- Accommodation classified as 2-star furnished tourist accommodation and awarded the "Qualité Sybelles" label.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Les Alpages du Corbier B002 "Verschrikkelijk, nooit weer, dit appartement en deze service zijn je geld niet waard. 🙂 De informatieverschaffing met betrekking tot het verkrijgen van toegang tot het appartement, garage, zwembad en de instructie met betrekking tot het vinden van het appartement in het appartementencomplex was zeer goed verwoord. De koelkast, de keuken en de ruimte met wastafel en bad waren proper. Voldoende serviesgoed in de keuken. De ligging van het appartement tov de piste & lift is top (echter dan moet er wel sneeuw liggen). Uiteindelijk beviel ons vertrek uit het appartement het meest, we zijn op donderdag ipv zaterdag vertrokken ... . 🙁 Bij binnenkomst stonk het verschrikkelijk in het appartementencomplex en in het appartement zelf. Om bij het appartement vanuit de garage te komen moet je door een dolhof van stinkende gangen. Op de foto's geupload door de verhuurder oogt het appartement redelijk ruim en proper, de realiteit is helaas anders: De kussens van het zitmeubel in de woonkamer waren niet opgeklopt en proper. Het tweepersoonsbed is doorgezakt door veelvuldig gebruik. De hoofdkussens van de bedden zijn vies (bloedvlekken en andersoortige vlekken). De bedspreien zijn vies (vlekken van waarvan ik de herkomst niet wil weten). Het beddengoed, tegen betaling (lakens, geen molton), is zeer aan vervanging toe (verkleurd door veelvuldig gebruik, gelig). De vloerbedekking is tot de draad versleten. Heel het appartement is stoffig en is niet goed gestofzuigd (stofvlokken, blonde haren vorige gasten, snoeppapiertjes, hiervan melding gemaakt bij de concierge. Concierge zegt dat er schoongemaakt is). Afwerkplank in keuken ligt los. Toilet stinkt naar urine. Geen toiletrol te bekennen (serieus!?). Niet werkend koffiezetapparaat & een vieze koffiemachine waar het koffiefilter van de vorige gasten nog in zit (hiervan melding gemaakt bij de concierge, concierge zegt dat er schoongemaakt is, NB concierge bedankte ons dat we het apparaat zelf enigzins hebben gereinigd!). Schimmel in de douchecel. Scheuren in de muren. Gaten in de gordijnen. Geen fatsoenlijke en propere opbergruimte voor kleding. Stofzuiger die nauwelijks stofzuigt, dus al je wilt kuisen, dan lukt je dit niet. De ligging van het appartement tov de piste & lift is top (echter dan moet er wel sneeuw liggen). Weet je de Oostenrijkse gastvrijheid, properheid en gezelligheid te waarderen, dan heb je in Le Corbier niets te zoeken."
