Welcome to Peakview Retreat! We are located in the heart of the Pagosa Lakes area just steps from Village Lake. We are a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with many nice decorating touches that will make you feel at home in our cozy cabin. We also have a great view of the Pagosa Peak from the front porch and living room. In the summer months, you can enjoy views of the lake from the master bedroom deck and deck off of the dining room.

You enter the home in to the living, dining and kitchen great room. The living room has a large, comfortable couch with 2 side chairs and 2 full chairs where the family can enjoy your family shows on the large smart TV. Or you can just turn on the fireplace and enjoy watching the snow fall or the sunsets falling on the San Juan mountain range. The dining room area and stools at the kitchen bar area have plenty of room for the whole gang. Then, you'll notice the kitchen, which is big enough to have many chefs cooking the meals. This kitchen has everything from the wonderful gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, large pantry and all the utensils and gadgets you'll need.

Down the hall is a full bathroom with an adjoining laundry room, including all new laundry equipment. Further down the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, desk area, coffee bar and master bathroom with a sink area separate from the rest of the room. There is also a glass door to a private deck off of the bedroom that faces the lake. There is also 2 other bedrooms, each with queen beds, TV's and decorated super cute.

This home comes with a 2 car garage that you can use and also has plenty of room for 2 other cars.

This home is in the PLPOA area with access to fishing and fun in 4 lakes, plus access to the state of the art exercise facility, indoor pool and hot tub all for a FEE. This home is close enough to shopping, drinking, dining and can be reached if you bring your bikes, or let us rent some for you.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is pet friendly for a fee of $75 per dog , plus an additional $100 refundable deposit per dog. There is a 2 dog maximum unless authorized.
