Situated on the 1st floor (without lift), this atypical 97 sq. m duplex apartment, with beautiful volumes, includes :

- a sleeping area with a double bed on the mezzanine giving onto a separate study and relaxation area,
- a beautiful bathroom with a shower,
- an open and perfectly equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, Wi-Fi and AC.
→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

Located in a central and shopping neighbourhood, this flat is in the heart of the city, near all commodities and public transports. The apartment is a 5-min walk away from the Place de la Comédie and 8 min from the train station. You will be close to numerous gardens, museums and other attractions in this lively and dynamic city: check out the Place de la Canourgue, the Fabre museum and the Tower of Babote, if you feel like having a very nice dinner or drink ! You will also be a few steps away to various bars and restaurants, we recommend you Le Rosemarie, Le Couperet, le Leclere or Le Richer de Belleval. Lastly, if you wish to take advantage of the beaches, the seaside resort of Palavas-les-Flots is only 20 minutes away by car.
