For nature and bicycle lovers, you can discover this region along the many bicycle paths.
The apartment ICE N°5 includes a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave- grill, stove, hood, refrigerator, kettle, toaster), a dining area, a bedroom with television, storage closets, a bathroom with Italian shower, toilet, and washing machine.
The bed is in 180 and of a LUXURY comfort.
The apartment is equipped with electric blinds, reversible air conditioning, a Wifi connection with fiber, cable TV, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, etc...

Good new apartment in a quiet place!
My wife and I stayed there for one month and everything was just fine. Really good apartment in brand new condition. There are plenty enough space for two people. The apartment is situated in a quiet place, so nothing is gonna disturb you. Location is good as well, there are three supermarkets nearby, if you are into sport there is a crossfit box in walking distance. If you are travelling by car, it's 10 minutes to Leiria, 1.5 hours to Lisbon and 2 hours to Porto, so it's easy to discover all country

We had a great time staying at N5 Ice Apartment
Aurore is a great host and very welcoming. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There is a gym and a pool at the facility for the guests to use which I think was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby.
I just wish we could know the times for the cleaning services when checking-in. Since we stayed over a week, the cleaning lady came to clean our room, although she was nice and friendly, she came at uncomfortable times, so it could be nice to let the guests know in advance when the cleaning services are taking time.

Great experience
We were very comfortable in the apartment. Clean, practically new, well decorated and quiet, with a very nice terrace. The parking, with a big spot was very important for us in this case, and Aurore was flexible and helpful to our request. The town is not a turístic site but you can find several supermarkets, restaurants and shops, at walking distance some of them. The pool is well maintained and comfortable to stay, it's really a plus for the apartments. The beaches are all by car at around 15-20 min.
Aurore is very kind and always attentive to any of our necessities when we asked. These apartments are a kind of oasis in the area.

Excelente acomodação
A minha estadia em Marinha Grande Apat. Foi extremamente satisfatória em vários pontos., a limpeza e organização impecável, apartamento super bem montado suprindo todas as necessidades, a comunicação com a Fátima foi de extrema valia, prestativa e adorável como pessoa. A localização esta em um ponto de fácil acesso para vários lugares. E os valores estão entre os mais acessíveis. Valeu super a pena! Recomendo.

Een heel fijn en schoon appartement, Aurore is een vriendelijke en behulpzame host! Check in gaat heel makkelijk, het complex is heel rustig en heeft alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke vakantie. Een aanrader!

Super Séjour, cosy confortable et fonctionnel.
Je suis reste un petit mois pour raisons professionnelles. C’est tout simplement parfait avec u e petite terrasse, u e piscine partagée que je n’ai pas utilisée mais qui est assez grande. L’appartement a tout ce dont on a besoin pour être autonome, cuisine ménage et linge. Il y a une bonne connexion internet et un petit bureau pour travailler.
Lit très confortable également.
L’arrivée et les portes automatiques sont bien pratiques, pas de risque de perte de clés.
Communication très facile et réactive. Je recommande vivement le logement !
