"Chez les Voisins" Gîte, 4–6 people, 4-star, near Vesoul

Discover our house-gîte for 4-6 people, bright and spacious, tastefully decorated. This peaceful accommodation, located in a village with many local shops, is ideal for a relaxing family stay, for a business trip or simply to visit our region. A few steps away, lake and forest offer various activities for the pleasure of all. Its fully equipped kitchen and its terrace not directly overlooked are assets for a pleasant and friendly stay.

The house: entirely available to travellers except for the garage (parking for 2 vehicles in front of the house); 120m2 of spacious spaces ;p revised for 4 travellers ;p accommodate 2 additional travellers (sofa bed located in the living room: sleeping bags to be provided).
Ground floor: large entrance with a toilet, fitted kitchen with living room of about 30m2, saddle area with storage, laundry area with washing machine, outdoor terrace of 25m2 without direct vis-à-vis with garden furniture and barbecue.
Upstairs: landing with bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet, two bedrooms: one with a double bed 140x190 + dressing room, one with two single beds.
Towels in two sizes provided. Beds made on arrival (extra pillows and blankets available). House equipped with some appliances (standard coffee maker, Tassimo, raclette/stone set, waffle iron, iron/ironing board). Appliances available on request: fondue set, multi-pancake party, ...


Next to Vesoul, come and put down your suitcases for a weekend, a week or a longer stay, for your holidays, your business trips or simply to visit our region. The house is ideally located in the town centre with many shops nearby within walking distance. Lake Vesoul 5 minutes walk away (running, jogging, fishing, fauna, flora, water sports, walks in Rosalie in the summer, fun aquatic area open in the summer season,...). 5 minutes by car: all shops and many activities. Forest nearby for beautiful walks in the middle of nature. Located 45 minutes from Besançon, 40 minutes from the Besançon TGV station, 1 hour from the Planche des Belles Filles station and the 1000 ponds plateau, 30 minutes from the Luxeuil les Bains thermal baths and 1 hour from Belfort/Montbéliard (Christmas market).

Elements of precision to know:
-Rental furnished with care and equipped as well as possible for a pleasant stay. Will only be rented to serious, careful and respectful people. Arrival and departure times to be set according to the owners' availability. We live nearby and try to be as available as possible to best meet your needs.
-Rental with steps and an open railing at the top of the stairs. Vigilance ++ to avoid any fall, especially with children.
-Non-smoking rental except on the terrace.
-Three fire detectors (no carbon monoxide detector).
-Pets not allowed.
-The rental is not a reception or party venue (small number of visitors admitted after our agreement).

At the end of your stay, we ask you to group the used linen (sheets, towels, tea towels,...) in the laundry room where the washing machine is located. Dishes and household appliances must be cleaned. Your various waste will be disposed of in the bins provided for this purpose according to the sorting instructions mentioned in the house.
Under no circumstances should the home be left in too much dirt.
