Loved the house ! Will definitely come again . So close to skiing ! Beautiful views from every room!! Found a great affordable family restaurant “River Road Eatery” ..Loved the long driveway .. so private .Thanks for sharing your house
This pet friendly house was well appointed for a nice time relaxing and cooking the week of Christmas. The kitchen has all basic necessary supplies for baking and cooking. We even got the perfect amount of snow. The host contact was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time at Stratton base lodge, Snow Republic Brewery and Taylor Farm where we can bring 15 year old Old Taz and 3 year old Bella :)
We stayed at the cabin for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. It is adorable and comfortable inside and gorgeous outside. The surroundings are just stunning! Communication with the host was pleasant and easy. We will definitely come again!

This home made us feel at home. The property managers were attentive and all went well.
Great location! Perfect place to stay for a weekend at Stratton Mountain Bike Park. This place is just right for cleaning up and relaxing after some downhill MTB action. And our dog really liked taking walks down the driveway and up the local dirt roads.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at the this house which has a great layout for the family and nice yard for the dog. Only 10 min to Stratton mountain for skiing and 12 min to Jamaica State Park for great winter hikes with the dog. the house was very clean and well kept and teenage daughters really loved the premium shampoos. I didn't ski and stayed at the house to do some work online -- internet connection was very good and had no issue working remote. This house is also nestled off the road surrounded by a stunning forest. Great stay!

Great place to unplug! Beautiful view from the living/dining room and deck. Super clean! Rustic. Small kitchen that could use a Keurig and blender. For people who have difficulty with stairs and kids, there’s no railing to the bedrooms. Comfy daybed in dining room for reading or sleeping
Spent 3 days with my Fiancé and two dogs at this lovely home in the woods. Beautiful and private location for the dogs to run around freely. Instructions to reach and enter the home were clear and easy and the wifi worked great! Made day trips out to neighboring towns of Chester, Grafton, Woodstock, Brattleboro and more. A great surprise was Pike falls just a nice mile walk from the front door, well worth the hike. Even at the end of October we were able to enjoy some remarkable foliage. This home fit all the needs to get most of our journey thru Vermont.

Mediocre could not recommend…
The property was warm. The property is almost adequate for a stay. However, we experienced a bug infestation of Asian beetles (aphids that pinch). The management company said they will let the exterminators know and it happens every year. The location is too far removed from “civilization” especially in the case of a snow storm. It is also down the steepest hill imaginable from Stratton. The first day there was a snowstorm while we slept, it was about a foot at the time the plows came by (2pm). We were due for Thanksgiving dinner on the mountain and getting there from this location was harrowing. We also took the long way up knowing the back mountain road would be too steep to even try in these conditions. We traveled the back road at a crawl to the access road and slid right into it (thank god no cross traffic was there)! The snow continued through 10 pm and we were unable to return to the cabin and stayed on couches for the rest of the weekend. We could have made it back for the last night but the kid’s didn’t want to sleep with the bugs again. We asked the owners of for a partial refund and they could not see fit to do so. Additionally, the write ups on the property are outdated an example is it is the worst, but an espresso machine was nowhere we saw and there were a couple other mentions in the mailing that were old.. for the amount of money we lost for this stay we could not recommend and the location is very lovely of you are willing to hunker downn and not go out.
