Hello,
what was terrible? You haven't even been to the apartment. You shouldn't even have been allowed to leave a review because your reservation was canceled by Vrbo. We informed you in advance that the period rented by you is not available, due to a technical error. The house was already booked on another platform at that time. All you had to do is ask for a refund and everything is solved. We are not swindlers or cheats. You did not try to contact us.
On the other hand, I don't understand why you are allowed to lie about cleanliness, staff, house rules and so on. The Vrbo platform allows you to leave reviews even if you haven't even seen the property. This must be a very strange thing.
