Semi-detached house renovated to rent in "Playa de Pals" in a quiet community, just a few minutes walk from Golf and Pals beach, 4 kms to the village of Pals, it has 75 m2, distributed on two levels. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, a living dining room with fireplace an access to a terrace and private garden. On the upper level, there is a bathroom and two double bedrooms (One with two single beds and one room with double bed), with access to a large terrace with magnificient views of the community . Parking area.
