Voted "Most Scenic View in Iowa" and "Best Overall B&B in Iowa" by B&B Guild guests. This room won "Best Room Addition in the USA" in 1997 by "Qualified Remodeler" magazine. It was designed by the architect owner.

A total delight

We stayed in the 3rd floor penthouse, which had an amazing view of the river and was a great fit for our family of 4. David and Inez were such sweet hosts, cooked incredible breakfasts each morning, and truly made us feel like we were staying with friends.

We rented the "Squirrel's Nest" because we were in Burlington for a Celebration of Life. In the midst of this "sad" occasion, we experience a comfortable place to stay and delightful hosts.. And delicious breakfasts!....we will definatelystay definately

Memorable get-away!

We stayed in the 3 floor penthouse. I was a beautiful view with windows all around. The accommodations were perfect and we had all we needed. Inez's breakfast is amazing!
