The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You are allowed to leave 2 loads of laundry for the cleaning service (ex. sheets and bathroom towels). Any more laundry will result in additional fees.
Close the blinds and set thermostat to 77 degrees in summer and 71 degrees in winter.
Lock door.
Please make sure all beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach equipment are rinsed off (hose located inside beach entrance) and returned to garage. Beach towels should be washed and returned to condo.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
After years of visiting/searching for listings, I was beginning to lose hope in finding our perfect beach home. It was not until we saw the beautiful unit at Ebb Tide that we were instantly blown away, we knew this was going to be the one.
Since we were kids, it has been our dream to have a place in New Smyrna. We grew up coming here every summer far before we ever met one another. It is great to have a place to call our own!

New Smyrna is a great, small town feel that has great shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities near by. Ebb Tide is a coveted condominium complex with its beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, pool and hot tub, gas grill for use, pickleball courts, and a gym that even includes a sauna!
