Villa Bleu Malendure luxury - sea view - facing îlet Pigeon & réserve Cousteau

Large, brand new villa nicely decorated with a magnificent view of the Pigeon islet and its famous Cousteau reserve. Located on a plot of two villas on the heights of Bouillante, you will benefit from a private swimming pool and a barbecue area. If you are a nature lover, diving, snorkelling or kayaking, you have found the ideal place. Drinking an aperitif on the terrace at sunset is a pure moment of happiness.

Our villa has a master suite, two bedrooms with double beds and a studio, all with a shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with a large dressing room. There is also an air-conditioned mezzanine (operating from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.) & equipped with a mobile fan per bed to accommodate 4 children (1 double bed + 2 single beds). Our villa is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer and a large fridge-freezer. Bed linen and towels included. Alarm with a tenant code.

You have access to the entire villa. The garden is shared with our second unit. The terrace houses a pergola so that you can have lunch outside even if it rains.

The villa is self-sufficient in drinking water thanks to a buffer tank for EP storage giving it an autonomy of 24-48 hours.

Parties are forbidden in our house and the villa is not suitable for children who do not know how to swim even if the pool is equipped with an alarm. The openings are roller shutters that open onto the terrace.

Laurent, our on-site steward is at your disposal if you want to benefit from concierge services or if you have the slightest concern. It is with him that you organise your arrival, your check-in on site.

A guide awaits you on site with all our favourite activities, our good addresses and explanations on how the house works. In addition, if you want to enjoy a dinner or breakfast on your arrival, we can order it for you. A cleaning lady can also be booked during your stay.

When you book a week or more, weekly cleaning is included in the price as well as a change of bed linen and towels, if you request it. In addition, if you want additional information to organise your trip (hire car, island visits etc...), we can set up a phone appointment to help you.

First of all we want to thank Gîtes Cabasat, our concierge, for being so helpful whatever question or problem that turned up. We really appreciated his willingness to be of assistance.The house itself was very welcoming and cosy not to talk about the stunning view. The kitchen area and outdoor dining area were practically arranged. Always a feeling of being outside even indoors. Well designed. Being nine persons we needed to use the studio as well, but to be honest it had a damp smell which really need to be taken care of. Overall a very nice stay for snorkling with turtles, climbing to waterfalls and enjoying beautiful beaches.
