I welcome you to my home, located just a 130-meter walk from the ocean. Recently and completely renovated, the first floor features a large living room with a smart TV that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a central island. Wi-Fi is free. There’s an outdoor area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the sun while having a barbecue. There’s also a space with a parasol, patio furniture, and lounge chairs. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, a walk-in closet, and ample storage space, accommodating up to 6 people. It is possible to add 3 cribs.
The upper floor features a beautiful shower room with a double sink and a separate toilet.
All bedrooms are equipped with a walk-in closet. There is an additional TV in the master bedroom.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. The front gate is shared with the owner, who lives in a private outbuilding behind the property.
Paddleboard rentals are available on-site from the owner.

Schönes, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, mit allem, was man braucht. Es gibt einen schönen Sitzbereich außen und eine Außendusche, die nach dem Strandbesuch sehr praktisch ist. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage fußläufig zum Strand, Restaurants und einem Supermarkt. Der Strand ist wunderschön mit feinem Sand, weitläufig und nicht zu voll. Perfekt auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.Einen kleinen Abzug in der Bewertung geben wir für das etwas klapprige Bett im zweiten klimatisierten Schlafzimmer. Wir können das Ferienhaus aber durchaus weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Zuallererst möchte ich Stéphanie als Gastgeberin in den höchstenTönen loben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde das Haus gezeigt. Kommunikation über den Google Übersetzer, lief problemlos. Eine plötzlich auftretende Störung im Sanitärbereich wurde durch einen herbeigerufenen Notdienst innerhalb von wenigen Stunden gelöst. Das Haus entspricht absolut den Informationen auf der Webseite. Man geht keine 200 m zum Meer. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten , die man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und eines mit Ventilator. Die Matratzen in den Betten waren bequem , nicht durchgelegen. Für meine Verhältnisse mit 177 cm und 88 Kilo kam ich da gut zurecht. Das WC ist getrennt vom eigentlichen Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer selbst ist gut eingerichtet. Ikea lässt grüßen , so wie im ganzen Haus.Die Küche ist funktional und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.Es gibt einen riesigen 85 Zoll Fernseher, der bei uns nicht einmal lief. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist bequem, Die Wohnküche ist klimatisiert. Die Terrasse ist in zwei Teile aufgeteilt, inklusive einem sehr nützlichen Sonnensegel. Noch mal vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub

Accueil très sympathique, la maison correspond à 100% à l'annonce. Super séjour avec nos petits-enfants. Plage à 100m, facile d'accès, très peu fréquentée et parfaite pour les petits.

Maison idéale pour des vacances reposantes! Plage à 130 mètres, épicerie, point chaud et restaurants à 500 mètres à pieds. Maison équipée de tout le conforts !!! Sans compter sur l'accueil chaleureux de Stéphanie, personne avenante et disponible durant tout notre séjour ! A refaire sans hésitation! Je recommande à 200%!!!

Heerlijke vakantie!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het huis van Stéphanie. Het is een fijn huis en heeft alle benodigde voorzieningen. Het huis heeft 3 ruime slaapkamers en een mooie badkamer. De airconditioning (in woonkamer en 2 slaapkamers) was aangenaam met de hoge temperaturen. Je kunt de auto bij het huis parkeren. En het is maar 2 minuten lopen naar het mooie strand. Boodschappen kun je halen bij een kleine winkel aan het einde van de straat en de grote supermarkten liggen ca. 10 minuten rijden van het huis. Er zijn veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt (Sète, Montpellier, Agde, Pézenas). Het contact met de verhuurder was goed. We hebben veel informatie ontvangen over wat er te doen is in de omgeving. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf!
