This 95 m² house is ideal for 5 people and is located just 50 m from the South Beach and 300 m from the town center and shops. It offers a bright, east-west facing living room of 36 m², two bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee makers, kettle, and toaster, and all modern conveniences are provided: washing machine, tumble dryer, flat-screen TV, radio, and a cot and highchair. Outside, enjoy a terrace, an enclosed garden, and a courtyard with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. The bus station is 500 m away, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.

To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €600 for the rental and €150 for cleaning, plus the tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: bed linen €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linen (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €150.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
