Séjour agréable

Logement fonctionnel , avec nombreux équipements. Emplacement idéal proche des plages . Endroit calme . Petit bémol sur le ménage car les personnes avant avait un chien donc pas mal de poils au sol .

Pièce de vie agréable par contre la chambre avec un lit de 140 pas rénovée literie nulle

Extérieur pas entretenu plaque de cuisson sale casseroles idem vitres sales aussi aucun produit ménager à disposition heureusement la personne qui nous a accueilli nous en a remis ainsi qu’une cafetière à filtre prévue dans l’annonce et non présente dans la location Sdb correcte chambre enfant correcte chambre Parents nulle lit étroit pas confortable et pas de chevets ni lampe que le plafonnier pièce de vie sympa nous n’y retournerons jamais…

Nous sommes désolés de votre ressenti mais tenons à apporter quelques remarques concernant votre retour. "Extérieur pas entretenu" : la pelouse a été tondue 3 jours avant votre arrivée... Par contre vous oubliez de mentionner que vous avez cassé le barreau de l'assise d'une chaise de jardin... "pas de cafetière filtre comme prévue dans l'annonce" : merci de relire l'annonce, il n' a jamais été fait état d'une cafetière filtre, mais d'une cafetière, en l'occurence une Nepresso, qui nous semblait être une machine à café, mais bon... "lit étroit et pas confortable" : lit de 140*190 comme décrit sur l'annonce, ce qui correspond aux standards. Concernant le confort, le sommier et le matelas sont neufs de avril 2023 !!! Les photos de l'annonce ne laissent pas apparaitre de tables de chevet dans la chambre, pourquoi en réclamer après séjour ? Concernant votre exigence sur la propreté du logement, nous exigerons dorénavant un ménage systématique de fin de séjour par notre prestataire, afin d'éviter de futurs désagréments causés par les vacanciers qui ne souhaitent pas payer cette prestation (tout comme vous d'ailleurs) et laissent le logement dans un état moins propre qu'ils ne l'exigent à leur arrivée. Tous les retours que nous avons eu jusqu'à présent ont toujours été positifs, que ce soit sur Abritel ou ailleurs, et sommes désolés de votre expérience.

Très bon point de chute

Très jolie maison très fonctionnelle et au calme. Si vous aimez courir vous rejoindrez facilement le sentier côtier de Vaux sur Mer (parallèle à la rue Alexandre Oger comme repère). La personne en charge de vous accueillir vous donnera de bonnes recommandations pour visiter autour. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine !

Malheureusement, notre logement étant en annonce sur plusieurs sites, une demande a été faite pas ailleurs un peu avant la vôtre.
