Great place to relax and enjoy the beach. I had an issue with the coffee pot and let the host know- within an hour, the management company delivered a replacement. The host was very responsive.

Kiawah island golf resort is a spectacularly beautiful property, from the golf courses to the private beach. Staff was helpful and friendly. The unit itself was nicely arranged for a group of 4 adults (2 couples). The kitchen well stocked with pots/pans etc. Unit could use some TLC. But the location and resort made up for any shortcomings.

Location was perfect. Literally steps to the beach. The view is only the dunes but you are so close to the beach that’s ok. There were a couple of beach chairs on the patio to take as well which was appreciated. Quick drive to sanctuary and fresh fields. Used sanctuary probates for multiple dinners. Cannot go wrong!!

The Oceanfront Villa we stayed at was excellent; the proximity to the beach couldn't have been better. The location is right in the heart of west beach - close to restaurants, the village shopping center, and golf courses.

Beautiful and convenient, this property offered a really nice place to escape for the weekend. Such easy access to shopping and food, plus all of the bike trails the island offers. Being on the first floor, the beach is really just a very short walk from the living room! Will definitely want to visit again.

Great stay before back to school

We had a great stay and nice time in Kiawah. Loved the location of the property - so close to the beach, West Beach pools, and Cougar Point golf course. Complex was nice and the Villa was perfect for our stay.

We are sorry to hear our Villa did not meet your expectations. We take these reviews seriously. Our kitchen cabinets need updating but other than that we have received great reviews from our guests regarding our Villa. We bought a new couch / sofa bed, new TV's, new coffee maker, new toaster, new decorations, furniture, new beach chairs. We have some antique furniture but all very nice. We always receive good reviews regarding our beds and bedding. We will always try to make improvements as we receive feedback. We are glad you liked being close to the beach.
