Come and discover this villa for large families or groups of friends, perfect for coming to enjoy the beaches of Coutainville and its surroundings. Seven bedrooms, large spaces to meet all together around the large table, in the lounge areas or in the garden. This house has the good taste of holidays, it lets in the sun and the joy of life and will undoubtedly leave you with very good memories!

The Conciergerie du Large welcomes you to this pretty, spacious and bright villa, ideal for stays with large family or friends.

The house is 300 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the heart of the town. Many activities are offered in Agon-Coutainville and its surroundings such as beach, golf, tennis, sailing, horse riding, kite-surfing, and discovery of Normandy!

The ground floor consists of an entrance, a large living room with two lounge areas: a comfortable lounge by the fireplace and a bright lounge under the bow window. The open-plan kitchen opens directly onto the dining room with its large table that can accommodate 14 guests! The whole is open to the outdoor lounge installed on the terrace, which is extended by an enclosed garden. This floor is completed by a bedroom on the ground floor with its shower room.

The 1st floor has 3 double bedrooms and 1 small children's room, as well as a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The 2nd and last floor is composed of two bedrooms with 5 beds in single beds.

You will find all the facilities that will allow you to spend a comfortable holiday: fireplace with wood reserve (for the winter), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Weber barbecue, garden furniture, 2 televisions, DVD players with a selection of films, wifi, connected speaker, books, games...

The courtyard of the house can shelter up to 4 vehicles.

Logement très agréable . On peut tout faire à pied : le marché , la plage , la pointe d’argon, le casino . Nous avons passé un excellent we.Cependant la chambre du haut n’était pas praticable avec la chaleur du we où il a fait 33 degrés la journée :) c’était exceptionnel .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la ruche. C'est un gîte spacieux lumineux et très bien équipé pour une famille nombreuse rien ne manque.. Le soleil était au rendez-vous et nous avons profité de la plage et des environs. L'accueil de Vanessa est excellent Ne changez rien
