About this property

Sea view & beach location: Beautiful DHH in Swedish style with WiFi at the Hansapark

Our semi-detached house in Swedish style is decorated in a light maritime tones and invites you to a feel-good holiday with your partner, friends or family in every season.

There are 2 bedrooms with single beds put together, an open sleeping gallery on the top floor with a bed for up to 2 people and a sofa bed in the living room.

There is WiFi in the holiday home. In the living room there is a flat screen TV, a CD / DVD player and a Playstation 3 (can also be used to play Bluerays). There is also a smaller flat screen TV in one of the bedrooms.

To relax after a nice day on the beach there is a whirlpool, sauna and fireplace.

Other amenities include
Underfloor heating, a balcony on the 1st Floor, a wooden terrace, a stainless steel kettle grill (but please only grill on the lawn in front of the terrace), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer, a washing machine and a parking space.

Our house is a non-smoking property.

Holidays with pets are also possible on request.

The cliffs, the bathing beach and the Hansapark can be reached on foot in 5 minutes (approx. 150-250 m).

Wir haben uns gut erholt in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Wir mochten die Nähe zur Ostsee als Ausgangspunkt für unsere täglichen Strandwanderungen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Meine Freunde und ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, es war sauber und auch die Betten sind bequem. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super. Das Einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Ofenhandschuh, Topflappen o. Ä.. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche hätte auch etwas stärker sein können und es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man das Bad unten zuschließen könnte. Die Sauna und der Ofen haben auch ihren Zweck erfüllt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Schönes Haus, mit gewissen Mängeln an denen mal wieder nachgebessert werden sollte
Das gemietete Haus war grundsätzlich, in Sachen Größe und Ausstattung, für unsere Gruppe (vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) in Ordnung. Leider sind aber während des Aufenthalts einige Mängel aufgefallen. - die in der Ausstattung des Hauses angegebene Playstation 3 war leider nicht vorhanden - Schimmel im Badezimmer (Duschvorhang und Silikonfugen - muffiger Geruch im Badezimmer durch fehlende Belüftung - kaputte Glühbirnen - defekter Toaster - abgenutzte Rollos - dreckiger Grill (wobei das vermutlich am Desinteresse des Letzten Benutzers lag) - mit einigen Schrauben provisorisch geflickter Gartentisch - aussetzendes Bild beim Fernseher im Schlafzimmer Leider hatte die Ferienhausverwaltung Petersen vor Ort, kein Interesse an den oben aufgeführten Punkten gezeigt. Hier wurde lediglich nach Ausflüchten gesucht und auf die Eigentümerin verwiesen. Zusammengefasst war es keine schlechte Unterkunft und wir haben hier einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Allerdings sollte hier mal seitens der Verwaltung und der Eigentümerin kritisch hinterfragt werden ob der für die Wohnung aufgerufene Preis gerechtfertigt ist, wenn nicht von Zeit zu Zeit nötige Instandhaltungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden.

Schönes Haus mit Minuspunkten
Ein sehr schönes Objekt trotz einiger Defizite und Schwächen. Zum einem muss man die direkte Nähe zu anderen Besuchern schon mögen bzw. keine Probleme damit haben, von allen Seiten gesehen zu werden, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Zum anderen ist annährend alles selbst mitzubringen, was man sich vorstellen kann bzw. nur durch Aufpreise im Haus verfügbar (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrhandtücher, Toilettenpapier usw. usw. usw.) Wer also herkommt, hat eine wünscherschöne Umgebung und direkte Ostseenähe sowie kurze Wege nach Lübeck, Kiel und Fehmarn u.a. sollte jedoch sein Auto ordentlich vollpacken - insbesondere bei einer Sonntagsanreise!.
