In the heart of Old Town Key West just steps from restaurants, bars, theaters and shops, this sprawling six bedroom, seven bath compound has two private heated swimming pools, endless porches, terraces and a huge, fabulous decks that overlooks the action on Duval St.

Comprised of two buildings—a luxurious Duval St. penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and a lovely 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath guest house. The two-story penthouse is designed after a chic urban flat with an island twist. The spacious, open floor plan is complemented by beautiful island-style furnishings and art work. French doors open onto terraces from every room, and there is a covered dining terrace off the gourmet kitchen. A private heated pool or hot tub with waterfall is the perfect finishing touch.

The guest house has three bedrooms, all with private baths, graciously spread out over three floors. The ground floor features a fabulous gourmet kitchen, dining area, half bath, and sitting room with a wall of French doors that open onto the deck and private heated pool with waterfall.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a balcony and marble bathroom. Down the hall is a cozy den with a sleeper sofa. The two third-floor guest suites are spacious and private with beautiful tree-top views of Old Town.

We loved our stay at this Keywest property. It’s a perfect spot for a celebration getaway. There is Willy T’s next door with live music so you have entertainment on your patio with amazing music. The property is large enough with the two pools and 6 rooms to host a large group. You can walk everywhere as it’s in the center of all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay again. Great Getaway on Duval

Lots of space for adults to commune on one of the several balconies, lay by one of two pools, or retreat to another room for solitude. Perfectly appointed and gently worn. Only recommend that upon turnover for next rental, make sure all appliances, locks, etc. are fully functioning. Overall, a great location and well managed. Thank you!

WALK TO EVERYTHING

The location is ideal for walking to just about all the major sightseeing points of interest even including a very nice beach. Good restaurants are also near by as well as many shops and groceries. The guest house and penthouse accommodations were very comfortable for our family of 12.

Amazing property and location

6 couples on this Key West trip and stayed in both the Penthouse and Guest House- plenty of room for us all, everyone had their own bedroom, and most had their own bathroom (only two of the 6 bedrooms shared a bathroom, but it was a nice size and easy situation)! Highly recommend! Amazing location, pools, and great porches/balconies, and communication with management was easy.
