The deck overlooks the island’s rich tropical landscape, the vibrant turquoise waters of Fish Bay and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The bedroom features a King bed with luxury bedding, air conditioned, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is updated with modern tile, sleek fixtures and a contemporary tempered glass sink. To ensure no one misses a moment of the island’s natural beauty, make use of the sliding glass door off the bedroom so you can walk out to the porch for a view over St. John’s radiant green plant life. The state-of-the-art kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The kitchen island also functions as a breakfast bar where guests can dine or keep the chef company. The kitchen flows into the cozy living area, with comfortable seating, air conditioning, flat screen tv, dvd player and a wood-beam vaulted ceiling. I wish we could of seen more of the ocean, but the view was beautiful.The beaches were incredible ! The house had everything that one could need, very upscale. I had trouble with my phone and got immediate help from the host. The house was lovely.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed the week at Turtle's Nest and everything was even better than advertised. Perfect for two people, very quiet with great views and everything you could need is provided (some of which we didn't even think about before hand!) Thanks for a great time on our first visit to St. John.

Great place with all you could need

We really enjoyed the home. Check in was easy and the property manager was extremely communicative. The home had everything we could need - beach chairs, coolers, so many pots pans cups etc, even laundry detergent. We appreciated the fridge with water! The balcony was peaceful and extremely spacious. Thanks for a nice visit to STJ!

Island Hideaway

Simply perfect! We’ve stayed many places on the island, but we’ve found “our place.” The accommodations were perfect. We loved the neighborhood feel. The wildlife that greeted us daily was an unexpected but amazing experience. This place is a 10.

Lovely quiet home with great views!

Our family stayed at this lovely home over spring break 2019. The house was easy to find, clean, and ready for us to stay at. It's in a very quiet part of the island with really nice views. They had plenty of water, a washer/dryer, and some beach stuff we could borrow.

Close to Cruz Bay, Wonderful views!

We stayed at turtles nest for 7 nights and had a blast! Normally, we stay on Coral Bay side and decided to change it up this year. So happy we did. It’s close to everything but yet the property is very private. The views from back porch were amazing. We absolutely loved it and WILL be back!

Excellent Stay!

My husband and I visit St John twice a year and were delighted to stumble on this little gem. Turtle's Nest is the perfect spot for a couple! Very clean, well outfitted and excellent shower. We were impressed with the extra touches and attention to detail. We also really enjoyed all the sugar birds who came to visit. We would definitely rent here again and would highly recommend it to anyone we know. You can't go wrong here!!

A marvelously delightful house.

It's just the right size and filled with all the amenities we could use. One of the reasons it is so enjoyable is everything we need is already here - no hunting or running out to purchase items. The sensational view both inspires and relaxes at the same time. If I didn't leave the deck I would spend my entire time just staring out and sleeping outside.

Amongst the trees

We really enjoyed staying here, the privacy and seclusion was great even though we had wonderful views. We had a good interaction with the property manager. Would recommend the barbecue grill be replaced, it’s not in good condition. Would also recommend the small cooler backpack be replaced. We definitely will return.

Beautiful, Charming & Private!

We loved our stay at Turtles Nest, New Fish Bay Cottage! It was so charming, pristinely clean and very private!! We loved the open floor layout and a large deck with a view to Fish Bay and the hillside – and continuous breeze was so beautiful and refreshing! The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you would find in your own home - they even supplied all seasoning, coffee, olive oil, etc. which was very much appreciated! Drew Kerr, Property Manager, was awesome to work with! He provided excellent service throughout our stay! We cannot wait to go back!! Rhonda & John January 2019

Perfect for a Couple

The house is exactly as described. It is well equipped woth pretty much everything you need for your stay. It is perfect for a couple. You could sleep four, but I don't know that I would recommend it. Water is drinkable. It was an easy drive from Cruz Bay. Lauren and Tori were easy to reach if needed and were quick to reply. Note, cell service is VERY spotty at the house. We had an issue with the internet/phone being down for the last three days of our stay which was slightly inconvenient because we pretty much had to go into town to get cell service. I can't necessarily blame the property manager/owner for this but it was slightly inconvenient. I highly recommend staying here. We would do so again.

Picturesque Quiet Neighborhood

The house is set in a lovely, friendly neighborhood. The house was perfect for myself and my wife. The deck was wonderful and the fans outside were useful for keeping the bugs away. The bed was comfortable. The drive over to the north shore beaches was 20 minutes and in to town was 10 minutes. The kitchen had everything g we needed and there were utensils for the BBQ. The washer and dryer were great so we did not have to bring clothes for our entire trip. The only negative I could say is the driveway. Most of it is paved, but there is a section where it is rock and dirt. If you did not have an SUV I could see the bottom of the car hitting a rock or two. We did have a problem with the bbq, the propane tank valve had a leak. However we contacted Tori and she took care of it right away. We let her know on the morning and by the time we got home that evening there was a new propane tank waiting for us. We would definitely return here again and hope to do so soon.

Cute private house

Cute, small and clean located in a quiet isolated area. Kitchen is nicely stocked and the view to balcony was wonderful. The only downside is the house would be perfect for two.......we were a party of four and it felt a bit tight.....overall, nice experience.

Great visit to St. John Tammy was very prompt with information and response to questions. Tori met us at dock and waited while we got car and grocery shopped them took us to the house. She was very friendly and responded quickly to questions House was very comfortable for a couple and was as described. Kitchen was pretty well equipped AC kept us cool on a few muggy nights and other nights we used fans and listened to the sounds of the countryside Daily visits from iguanas and dove cooing and other birds Fairy quiet and private location but well place for access to anywhere on island Thank you!

A perfect week at Turtle's Nest

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay at Turtle's Nest was for our family. It was a peaceful spot snuggled up in the trees, allowing us to wake up to fresh air, and birds chirping. We had all the amenities provided that we needed, a beautiful wide balcony to walk out on, and a short 10 min drive into town. Drew was amazing, always ready to help with inquiries, ideas, and assistance. We were also very pleased with the Covid safety, Drew always had his mask on when near us. We highly recommend staying at Turtle's Nest!

In a word . . . Wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our 7 night stay at the Turtle's Nest! It is absolutely the perfect size for two! The house was spotless, the furnishing nice, the kitchen well equipped - we didn't lack for anything! The stunning view from the deck was our favorite spot for morning coffee and an evening bottle of wine. The location is peaceful and private, yet an easy drive into town. Drew of St. John Concierge and Tori were very gracious hosts who helped with setting up a fun day trip to JVD and snorkel gear for our use during the week. Tori even offered to ship a few souvenirs home for us! We love St John and are already planning next year's trip! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!!!

Perfect location and view
