About this property

Modern furnished apartment in the heart of the Hessian Rhön

Our 45 m² apartment was recently renovated. In the living room / bedroom you will find a large double bed, a sofa bed in the sitting area, a corner bench with dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, satellite TV and radio are available. A barrier-free shower and a urinal were installed in the bathroom next to the toilet and vanity. In addition to the separate entrance there is a drying room for e.g. B. Hiking or biker clothing. In the large adjoining orchard with pond you can move freely and find a shady or sunny spot depending on your mood.

Schöne Lage auf einem großen Grundstück. Wohnung Bad erneuert, Küche neuern Datums. Couch voller Flecken. Eckbank stinkt. Wir waren froh draußen frühstücken zu können. Betten alt und zu kurz. Vorhänge mit großen Flecken.

Sauberkeit ist einfach ein Wohlfühlfaktor - hier leider enttäuschend

Bei Ankunft lagen noch Krümel auf dem Esstisch, auch auf der Couch lagen Krümel und Flusen. Und überall Flecken - in der Couch, in der Wohnzimmergardine, in jedem Sitzkissen auf den Stühlen und der Sitzbank, in zwei Handtüchern und einem Bettlaken. Das Backblech im Ofen ist verdreck-rostet - ein anderer Begriff fällt mir dafür nicht ein - und sollte dringendst ausgetauscht werden. Genauso wie die oben erwähnten Dinge einmal gründlichst gewaschen oder ersetzt werden sollten, wenn die Flecken nicht rausgehen. Wohlgefühlt haben wir uns hier eindeutig nicht. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die ruhige Lage und die schöne Aussicht.

Das einzige Negative war, dass ich nicht in mein Fewo-Konto gekommen bin, um nähere Details abzurufen, habe dann selber Kontakt mit den sehr netten Vermietern aufgenommen. Es hat alles bestens geklappt, es gibt viele schöne Wanderwege. Tann ist ein netter, mittelalterlicher Ort, sehenswert... Die Ferienwohnung im Souterrain gelegen, war schön kühl bei den hohen Temperaturen. Ich konnte mich im ganzen Garten frei bewegen, es war alles da, was ich brauchte. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, ich komme gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Rhönurlaub in 3 Bundesländern.

Ein sehr ansprechendes Haus, gut und sehr bequem zu erreichen. Sehr gepflegtes Terrain, Fewo ist ebenerdig äusserst gut zu begehen. Auch für gehbehinderte sehr gut, lediglich 1 Stufe. Hervorragend gepflegt, praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Matratzen ein Traum, geschlafen wie in Abrahams Schoß. Eine unglaublich erholsame Ruhe in dieser Gegend trägt zur besten Erholung bei. Diese Fewo ist mit dem besten Gewissen dringend weiter zu empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank und liebe Grüße an den Vermieter.

Wunderschöne Umgebung

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr zentral gelegen. Man konnte wunderbar wandern oder Ausflüge z.B. nach Fulda unternehmen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Stadtführung Mittwochs vormittags in Tann ab Marktplatz.

Super Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Zeit bei Familie Kalb. Sehr, sehr nette Vermieter die mit Rat und Tat immer erreichbar waren. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Das Wetter konnte nicht besser sein und man konnte die Ruhe der FeWo genießen und entspannen. Wir können diese Wohnung nur bestens weiter empfehlen.
