The unit was just completed renovated and includes a large Samsung washer and dryer, Keurig Coffee Maker, Secure Keyless Entry, a parking spot specific to the unit, and more! Walking distance to Truman Waterfront Park.

This unit is in a gate community with 24 hour security. In addition to being just steps from the heart of Duval Street and Truman Waterfront park, you are also walking distance to Mallory Square, Fort Zachary Taylor, Hemingway Home, Historic Waterfront Seaport, the Southernmost Point of the United States and all of the best Key West attractions. You really can't find a better location in Old Town Key West!

It was an amazing stay, Ty did everything in his power to accommodate us. Very clean,updated, it has everything you needed,( crock pot, drip coffee maker and keurig so you have a choice), just very pleased, Thank you for sharing your paradise.

Excellent Location

This was our second time at this property. It is comfortable and well equipped just two blocks from Duvall. Nice outside deck with umbrella and bbq grill. Host is very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Great Place, Great Location

Very clean. Nice little amenities like thick towels, not the thin kind you get in a hotel. Very nice upgrades. Cotton sheets for the bed. I only mention this because I've stayed in condos that used microfiber sheets, extremely uncomfortable. Beach chairs, Tommy Bahama no less. Beach umbrella. The "welcome" folder that explained clearly everything from how to work the tv and the local cable to places to go in the Key West area. We also had a question about the community pool and Ty the host got back to us right away. Can't say enough about how stress free it was staying here. Thank you Ty.

Cozy and comfortable

This condo is comfortable and welcoming! Very well stocked with everything you can possibly need for an enjoyable vacation. It’s walkable to all major attractions. It’s old town location provides access to the best restaurants and pubs. The property owners are friendly and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation.

This is one of the best in Key West!

I just sold my home in Key West and needed to rent a place to finish business…..how grateful I am to have found this home. Most important to me is cleanliness and this gets my A. Easy access to not only anything in Old Town, but so close to your assigned parking spot for ease of bringing items into the home. The owner was extremely responsive, even when due to my own stupidity I couldn’t operate the TV…..thanks for coming out so quickly and helping. You can tell that the owners must have spent time in the home themselves as they have thought of everything. Need coffee??? It’s already there. Use cream and sugar? Yep, it’s there too. It was a wonderful month and I’d love to say I will be back, but they are booked so far out, not sure when I can get in again . I hope to have my own KW home again soon, but this place certainly made me feel like I was home. Thanks so much!

Key west at its finest !

Love the property it’s location ... it’s ease to get in and out ( no keys needed) !!! Pool was clean , easy walk to everything!!! Loved the owners easy to talk to Reach and work with! .. definitely will be back next year!!’n

Excellent location and as advertised

The owners are incredibly responsive. The property is ideally located for an extended visit to Key West. Far enough away from Duval that you don’t get all that traffic, but still an easy 5 minute stroll. Will stay there again on my next trip if it’s available.
