L'appartamento è situato sul lungomare di Crotone vicino alla Lega Navale, pieno di ristoranti, locali e tutto ciò che occorre per fare la spesa è a due passi. La spiaggia libera e i vari stabilimenti balneari sono sotto casa.
La casa e situata al 3° piano di una palazzina non dotata di ascensore, ha due camere da letto, la cucina, il bagno, un soggiorno spazioso ed è dotata di tutti i comfort, l'aria condizionata è presente nel salone e nella stanza da letto, nella stanzetta c'è un ventilatore. Per tutti gli altri dettagli chiedete pure.
