A second south-facing terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and offers lovely shade. The interior of the house is modern with tasteful decor. The living area is air-conditioned.<br>A large barbecue is available. A green space provides a place for children to play ball. You can pick cherry tomatoes for your aperitif.<br>The pool is equipped with a perimeter alarm, which alerts you before a child falls into the water.
