Nothing fancy, but it was a very comfortable place to stay for a family wedding. Plenary of space, beds were quite comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and spacious, with many amenities thoughtfully provided. Short Uber ride to the French Quarter. Easy 2 block walk to the St. Charles streetcar. Highly recommended for a family group in the Garden District.
This condo was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient for our stay in the Big Easy over Mother’s Day weekend.You cannot find a better host than Craig, who was helpful, kind and very communicative. My sister celebrated a birthday and Craig made sure to have a cake and champagne for our group. He went above and beyond for us! I recommend this property without hesitation.Thanks Craig for everything
We enjoyed an absolutely wonderful time staying at Craig’s home. The property is beautiful and just the right venue for our group of ladies who came from different parts of the country to reminisce and celebrate our 70 th birthdays together. The location in the Garden District was perfect and close to the street car, so everyone could be independent and still enjoy the French Quarter and the Garden District. Craig is a warm and gracious host, and was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would all return again, if we have the chance to visit New Orleans.

We had a great stay! The house is spacious and very well laid out. We loved the light, the high ceilings, the long terrace and the patio in the back. The convenience of the kitchen open to the dining/living room made it easy to organize food, drinks and nibbles while socializing.Everything was clean, inviting and easy to find.Great location. Quiet in the evenings. Access to shopping and the street car are not too far. Parking was easy.
The owner Craig, was outstanding to deal with. Early check in and late check out! Really helped us! Great location close to all. Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds. Can’t say enough good things about Craig!
The remodeled home was cute, roomy, clean, and within walking distance of the St Charles streetcar line. It was perfect for our family stay. The host was awesome, even accommodated a late check-out request due to a late flight. Highly recommend!

The house and host were both perfect for our needs. We had a wonderful time visiting The Big Easy, listening to great music, eating fantastic food, and viewing parades just a couple blocks from the house. Would happily stay here again!
The location and state of this property were perfect for my bachelor trip weekend. The convenient location made it easy to walk to most bars and restaurants, our walks also allowed us to take in the beauty of St. Charles Ave and Magazine street. We spent most of our time at and about exploring but this wonderful property was exactly what we were hoping for and then some, I had a wonderful time.
Perfect amount of space for 4 couples to enjoy. It was conveniently located next to great food, shops, tours, WWII museum and anything else you can think of.
What an amazing place. We loved staying here. It was a great house and it was so clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and stocked with supplies.

This property has been totally remodeled to accommodate the modern guests. It has Smart TVs in all rooms and two internet options to include AT&T and Cox. We are two short walking blocks to the parade route, Trolley car and great walking distance to St. Charles Ave for an evening walk. The property has Alexa to accommodate all questions throughout your stay. The bedding is very comfortable for a good night sleep. The linen and beds are set to upscale hotel standards. The outdoor patio and grill cooking area can accommodate a small group of guests. The flooring is wood and tile to help guests with allergies and is very clean upon your arrival.
