Open gourmet chef kitchen, Outdoor decks on every floor plus a heated patio. Full use of the home and garage, including a full gym off of the garage. The community offers 6 tennis courts, 3 sand volleyball courts,a community pool, close by mountain biking trails, basketball courts, community playgrounds, conveniently close to Laguna Beach village and Crystal Cove dining and shopping center.
