Check out the lobby gift shop for beach supplies before heading out to the newly-renovated outdoor pool. Take advantage of seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee) and an outdoor tiki bar. Spend the afternoon soaking up the sun or indulging in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Get in some cardio at the fitness facility, and grab complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy at your leisure. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your personal and professional functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0112 is a gorgeous two bedroom, two bathroom, ground-floor condo accommodating up to nine. Ease into this inviting, open-concept retreat featuring a calm palette, plush furnishings, and distinctive decor. Prepare snacks for the whole crew in the spacious, fully-appointed kitchen loaded with plenty of cabinet and counter space. Gather for meals at the breakfast bar with seating for three or around the dining table comfortably accommodating six. Convene in the living room on cozy furniture and, with three flat-screen TV’s in the unit, everyone can watch whatever they want wherever they want. All will appreciate the many private spaces in the unit and easy access to the beach. Abundant sleeping arrangements include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, twin beds in the guest room, twin over double-bunk bed in the bunk room, and a king-sized bed in the master suite!



From coastal eateries and tropical cocktails to plentiful shopping and endless boating excursions, you’ll find it all at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor just five minutes away!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
