The 64 bordered between the river and its pond awaits you on its 400m2 garden area.
In the morning, you will enjoy your breakfasts on the pontoon overlooking the pond to the sound of swans, herons, ducks, cormorants, and so on.
Relax in your private spa (5 people) heated all year round, when you return from walks in the most beautiful cellars of Champagne.

Located 10 minutes from Reims, 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris but also 25 minutes from Centre Parc at Lake D'Ailette, come and stay for a short or long term.
The nearest village has all amenities, supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy etc... and only 5 minutes from your cottage.

You can park a vehicle in your private car park, which and its surroundings have video surveillance.

On the pond side, come and fish there!
On the river side you will also have access to it and only 3 metres from the cottage.
On the cottage side, a private room with TV and free wifi connection awaits you.

The bathroom is separate from the toilet area.
The kitchen is fully equipped.




Come as you are! Dressing gowns, towels, mules for access to the private Jacuzzi spa and sheets are provided!!
