Comfortable and spacious with 3 baths, a big backyard, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, & located in a great neighborhood nestled up against the Mt. Olympus. Easy access to the freeway & less than 15 mins to the major hospitals. A beautiful 30 min drive to the top of the Cottonwood Canyons or Park City, less than 5 minutes to restaurants, 10 minutes to Sugar House, 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake, & only 17 minutes to the airport.
No pets.

No parties or events.

No extra guests.

No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.
